It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. The drink menu consisted mainly of wine, but there was also sake on the menu, and Naozane was recommended as a mid-meal drink. The sake was classical and calm, but had a moderate flavor of rice and a sharpness that left a good impression. I would like to try it at home next time.

We purchased this sake because it was bottled from the same tank as the sake that was entered in the 2023 National New Sake Competition Gold Award-winning sake. It is a delicious sake with a delicate sweetness that is not too sweet despite being a daiginjo, and is mellow and well-balanced.

This is my first Suehiro❗️ When I went on my trip to Aizu, there were signs everywhere Sake by Suehiro Sake Brewery😊. The aroma is subdued! The taste is more refreshing than I expected. It is a very easy to drink sake with a nice umami flavor👍. It was a well balanced sake that would go well with a variety of meals. It was a delicious sake!

It is a light nigori 26BY of Iwo 🍶. First, cold sake. The top aroma is that of old chests 😂. In the mouth it has a hint of sweetness, but the aroma of old chests is strong😅. Next, warmed sake 🍶. This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. Still, I want to enjoy the aged feeling of this kind of sake, so drinking it a little bit every day is good for me.

Ikebukuro with friends on Wednesday. It was not an all-you-can-drink party. Sake was my friend's choice as we sunk into the sake swamp. It was my first Hakuba Nishiki. Nice choice. It tasted like it would be ranked high in the Nigorin picks. It was fresh, fruity, sweet and refreshing. The upper half of the label is European and the lower half is Japanese, which gives it a Showa-era feel.

Went to Chateraise to buy ice cream and isobe mochi (rice cakes) 🚙. While looking around the store, I found a sake I had never seen before😳! Chateraise had bought a sake brewery! I was told that this sake was a Shateraise exclusive, so I bought it! It has a mild ginjo aroma and tastes clean and sweet with a crisp finish! It's not a trendy fresh fruity sake! It is more of a classic junmai ginjo 🤔. If you are interested, try it at Chateraise 😁.
