Purchased at Hankyu Kuragen Matsuri (2) This was recommended in response to a request for a warm and tasty dry sake... This was recommended to me as a request. It was sweeter than when I tasted it, but what the heck. It was a good food sake with no aftertaste.

Purchased at Hankyu Souryu Festival (1) I was attracted by the phrase "Omatisto must drink". I had never heard the words "omatisto" and "must drink" before. It is full-bodied, deep, and delicious👍.

Souvenir for myself of my trip to Hokuriku (4) The last bottle of the Hokuriku trip. It is rich and has a harsh acidity. The taste is powerful 💪. It seems to be addictive😅.

Souvenir for myself on my trip to Hokuriku (3) The brewer introduced it to me as "our best dry sake", so I bought it without hesitation 😆. It has a great flavor and is very sharp 👍👍👍👍👍.

It's been a while since I've had a Daikoku Masamune😊. We drove to buy it and my wife tasted it and decided on the special junmai👍 It's still delicious 😋, just like a man's sake 💪. In my opinion, it is one of the best or second best breweries in Nada Gogo.

I was near Chiyo Sake Brewery on business and bought this at the brewery: ☺️ This sake is made from 100% home-grown Yamadanishiki. It is a little sweet on the palate, but it was sharp and easy to drink 😁.

Finally, I was able to drink it! This brand was introduced in Mr. Jiro Asada's Mibu Yoshishiden as "Kondo and Hijikata would have drunk this". As a Hijikata Toshizo fan, I have a weird bias against it, so there is no way it tastes bad😅.

Souvenir for myself from sightseeing in Koyasan & Kutoyama😊. The store owner said it was sweet, but it was a little tangy and I enjoyed drinking it👍 I didn't see "Hatsumitsu Shuzo" in the brewery information, maybe because it's too minor 😅.

A gift from a favorite senior. I opened a bottle for my oldest son's birthday celebration. It was so delicious that my wife and I drank it all together 😋.
