Shirobotan was loved by famous people such as Soseki Natsume and Shiko Munakata.
It has a nice soft taste like Hiroshima Saijo sake 😊.
The logo of "Shirobotan" is said to be the work of Shiko Munakata👍

When I was just starting out in the business world, I used to drink this brand with my seniors at a certain izakaya in Hiroshima.
Of course, I was just a kid back then, so I don't remember the taste, but I had it for the first time in over 20 years.

I don't know if Tochigi sake is sold in the Kansai region, but I haven't encountered it very often. The only Tochigi sake I encounter in stores is "Shikizakura" or something like that. I'm not sure if there are many sales channels for Tochigi sake in Kansai or not. Let's enjoy each other's sake journey in search of new encounters from now on 😊!

I thought it was light at first sip? I thought it was, but the more I drank, the more the flavor came out in the dryness and I drank too much 😅.

I bought this wine after an old lady at a liquor store recommended it to me.
It was my first experience with 90% polished rice.
It is a little sweet, but has a traditional sake feel to it.
Personally I am very satisfied 😊.
The color is more yellow than Kenrishi 😆.
