It's a mixture of sweet, spicy and acidic and I drank too much 😅.

This is the first time I have had sake brewed from 2038 Honorific Fuji.
It is mellow, easy to drink, and goes well with any food 😊.
The goldfish on the label is in the shape of Shizuoka Prefecture and the location of the engraving indicates the location of the brewery.

I had never heard of this brand before, but my wife, who is not a big sake drinker, was drinking it very fast 😆.
It is a good sake, well balanced without any peculiarities 😊.
