Slightly apple-like topfeel
The slightly floral nose, the same aroma, the moderate sweetness and the firm umami of rice spread with crisp acidity, and the slight bitterness and the slight dryness of the alcohol make it refreshingly crisp and clean.
The sweetness is not too strong, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half makes it easy to drink. It is better to drink with a meal than as a stand-alone sake.
It goes well with various chicken dishes.
The fourth one, Tengu Mai Umeshu (plum wine), was also delicious, with a moderate sweetness that went well with the meal.
