Shirataka, founded in 1862, is especially famous as the official sake of Ise Jingu Shrine. (of course, I had never heard of it before 😅), which is especially famous as a sacred sake for Ise Jingu Shrine. We were very satisfied with the all-you-can-eat crab, sushi, sashimi, etc. We were very satisfied. The place is Kobe Minato Onsen lotus. This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. This is my first Suehiro❗️ When I went on my trip to Aizu, there were signs everywhere Sake by Suehiro Sake Brewery😊. The aroma is subdued! The taste is more refreshing than I expected. It is a very easy to drink sake with a nice umami flavor👍. It was a well balanced sake that would go well with a variety of meals. It was a delicious sake!

Purchased because of the 60% milled rice ratio and 20 alcohol by volume. I wanted to drink it on the rocks on the day the rainy season ended, so I opened the bottle. ☀️ I paired it with frozen Genghis Khan that I brought back from Tono. It's well separated, so I shook it lightly before putting it in ice 🧊. It's less lactic than I thought it would be, and it's very spicy and thick, but it's cold and refreshing and delicious 🤤. I like this kind of sketchy in a good way. My brain feels good🤩. Definitely this for Genghis Khan 😭

It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup.
