Hiyoroshi No.3 ‼️
This is my first time drinking Asahi Sake Brewery!
It's a very cute bottle and one I was interested in last year 🥹🩷.
There are some pickles pickled in a bed of rice bran bought for 100 yen 🥒🍆.
↑upI like the sound of "nuka-zuke".
I don't like it that much, but... 🤣𐤔
Now, let's start with cold sake as usual 🍶´-
I thought I didn't like pickles.
This time it was salty and delicious ︎︎👍

Ripe sake aroma, woody and vanilla-like.
When you drink it, it has a full rice flavor with acidity,
The taste of rice is very strong.
It has a dry taste with a strong pungency of alcohol.
The finish is surprisingly quick after passing through the nose.
I ordered it with meat pâté with Iburi Goko, and it was a nice combination.
Not too much, not too little.
Taste degree ☆3/5
En no Mai Polishing ratio 55
Juicy and fresh, but
Pear, loquat, banana, and a sense of maturity like mirin in the back.
I was served it with a melon called "banana makwari" and it was great combined with the ginjo aroma.
I enjoyed the difference between the circular, hokuhokku taste and the feel of the cooled glass.
I bought the bottle just for the cat's cuteness, but it had a rich umami taste that is typical of junmai sake.
I heard it also helps cats, so it kills two birds with one stone.
Next time, I'll have to buy a canine as well.
Purchased at Yasudaya in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture.
The aroma was melon-like, and in the mouth it was very sweet and rich, but with a clean aftertaste.
As stated in the introduction to this sake by the brewer, you will never get tired of drinking it.
Hot sake is recommended!
The manager told me to....
It's good! I'll have another one!
The label reads,
Wannyan Junmai Sake
with donation
and it says
Junmai sake! I can't get enough of it!
With grilled fish (^-^)
