Serve it cold. It has a mellow, mirin-like aroma of rice. When you drink it, it has a mellow flavor like chocolate with a hint of Western wine. It has been matured and its corners have been removed, It has a robust flavor that is typical of the sake. Full-bodied. It is delicious. Goes well with rich pâté de campagne. Taste 4.5/5

(1) Warmed sake because of the cold weather. The sweetness of the acidity spreads softly as the sake is heated up, just like the Cross Rising Sun.

First Crossed Rising Sun I bought it at a local liquor store. It is a refreshing sake, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice. It is a draft sake, but if you warm it up to about 35℃, it quickly changes to a softer atmosphere. Personally, I think I like it better when it is warmed up. A small wine glass goes well with it when served cold.

Junmai Ginjo🍶Namaishu✨Origarami🫧Otsumi🐍Matsumai🌾 from Shimane Prefecture. Surprisingly light 😳 Unlike the image of Shimane sake, this is a refreshing ✨thin calpis soda. Flows smoothly with a bit of richness of fried tofu with crab starchy sauce. Umi to @Takadanobaba 20250206

Aged 28 BY. The color is amber, similar to hojicha. The taste is quite matured and has lost its corners. It has a very good umami taste, which is similar to that of Shaoxing sake, and it is really delicious when heated. The lactic acidity is not so strong.

Stars Hiyoroshi No.3 ‼️ This is my first time drinking Asahi Sake Brewery! It's a very cute bottle and one I was interested in last year 🥹🩷. There are some pickles pickled in a bed of rice bran bought for 100 yen 🥒🍆. ↑upI like the sound of "nuka-zuke". I don't like it that much, but... 🤣𐤔 Now, let's start with cold sake as usual 🍶´- I thought I didn't like pickles.
