It is Oku-no-Matsu Special Junmai. We drank it chilled. The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it is fruity and delicious sake. You can buy it at the supermarket. It's delicious 😋

Junmai Ginjo Genshu with 55% polished rice. It is full of freshness because it is Arabashiri and of course the aroma is very strong. When you pour it into a glass, it has a light cloudiness characteristic of arabashiri, with fine bubbles - it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, with notes of green apple, white peach and green melon. When you drink it, you can feel the fine bubbles through your throat and it is very fresh. It's delicious!

@sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I couldn't go anywhere during the second half of GW because I had to stay at home. So on the last day, I will just enjoy the feeling of traveling with this cup of sake. I was curious about it in an obfuscation kind of way, so I bought a trial. It's been sitting in my cellar for over a year for some reason, but let's see how it tastes 👀. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was moist and had a peachy aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, just like the name "Sarari". It is just as moist and slightly sweet as the aroma, and tastes just like a peach! The slightly green and sour taste gives the taste a hint of Mac's pickles 🍔. I didn't know that "chirp" means "birdsong. I've gained another piece of knowledge via sake 😌.

This will be my first time in Sanin Togo🍶. The first aroma is sweet, with a hint of grain rather than rice. In the mouth, there is a moderate acidity and a sweet umami taste of rice. It has a slight peculiarity similar to that of Ten Asahi or Benten Musume, but this is acceptable. I enjoyed it with oysters in oil 🦪. San-in region's heated sake has its own peculiar taste 🤔. TENJOJI Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Okuidumo, Tsuyahime from Shimane Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. This sake was bundled with the February hanpukai. Drinking Tenshuu makes me want to go to Izumo and eat soba noodles😃. The aroma of this one is very distinctive. It has a pleasant smoky aroma. I guess you could call it fragrance 😁.

Tenshitsu Haru no Tsuki Slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. I opened a bottle of Tenshitsu that was included in the February hanpukai. It has a very complex flavor. It is fresh but also has a bitter taste, gasiness, and a slight smokiness. It tastes like an adult. Interesting.
