Junmai Ginjo Genshu with 55% polished rice.
It is full of freshness because it is Arabashiri and of course the aroma is very strong.
When you pour it into a glass, it has a light cloudiness characteristic of arabashiri, with fine bubbles - it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, with notes of green apple, white peach and green melon. When you drink it, you can feel the fine bubbles through your throat and it is very fresh.
It's delicious!
