I couldn't go anywhere during the second half of GW because I had to stay at home. So on the last day, I will just enjoy the feeling of traveling with this cup of sake. It has an alcoholic taste, but it is sweet and easy to drink. Since it is a Hokkaido sake, we also had some delicacies that Men-chan gave us. Thank you very much.

Cup of sake with cute labels: ❗️ Soft and full of flavor, typical of junmai sake 🤤. I drank it cold only, It has a strong flavor but is very light and easy to drink 😎. It is a perfect match for fresh seafood and vegetables from Hokkaido 😋.

A souvenir from the expedition, a cup of sake officially approved by the Asahiyama Zoo, is opened. The illustration is by Michiko Abe, an illustrator active in Asahikawa. There are three kinds of illustrations, and this one is "Hokkaido (northern land)". The clear acidity and pleasant umami are impressive, and the taste is refreshing with a hint of the northern land. There are three different illustrations, so I would like to collect the other two and display them on my next trip. Delicious ❗️

This is a cup of sake with an animal design approved by Asahiyama Zoo. There are several different designs, but the one I found is from the Polar Bear Center. It tastes like an orthodox sake 😅. I was informed that it is better to drink it cold, but personally I preferred it hot ✨.

Hokkaido Sake! I've been curious about Asahiyama Zoo's 🐱 limited edition sake 🍶 for a while now. I was able to buy it at Haneda ✈️ and opened the bottle 😁. But.......it's the sake 🍶. Aroma, flavor, aftertaste, sharpness.......................................... It is the sake 🍶. To be honest, I don't have high expectations for this kind of souvenir sake... but it's a pity that they are all the same (´; omega; `). It's just my personal opinion, but I thought it would be nice if it had some more characteristics... 😞. The design is cute...but as a person who loves to drink, it's a shame 😅.

Fourth bottle as a Father's Day gift 🍶. It has a mild taste 😙It's refreshing and easy to drink and before I knew it, it was gone 😅🍶I've had other sake from Hokkaido, but this is the first one I've started to keep a record of. There are many other brands available and I would like to try them little by little. 😄🍶

Junmai-shu ZuZOOt Asahiyama Takasago Shuzo(Hokkaido) Ingredient rice: Hokkaido rice%, 60% polished rice Body:⭐︎ Sweetness:Slightly spicy Alc.14 Sake meter: +3 Acidity: 1.5 Purchased because of its cute label (said to be an image of the northern land). It is a dry sake with a mineral taste.
