This sake is made in Beijing. Type: tokubetsu honjozo, rice milling rate: 60%, alc.: 15,5% I tried this sake at room temperature with sushi. Aroma was mild with promising sweetness. Flavor is refreshing and medium sweet. Sake has medium body and feels very light. Went well with the dinner. It is also very cheap.

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

4.25+/5 Very tasty, light and fun sparkling saké. Fruity and light with good tang. Clean finish. Green pear, green apple, citrus, honey. Real big pear flavour. Medium-light sweetness. Fresh and bright. If I had it blind I might think it was an apple cider or a perry, but a gentle ricy saké flavour comes through in the background. Everything is smooth and works together. Good lower alcohol option, fun bubbles and delicious flavour. Really loving the pear. Happy new year to all! Cheers!
