Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki (****)
This is very mekkemono!
Quite dark, deep, sweet, mellow and thick
They say it goes well with meals too!
I'm not much of a Matsutake Ume drinker, but it was nice to meet you!
This sake is made in Beijing.
Type: tokubetsu honjozo, rice milling rate: 60%, alc.: 15,5%
I tried this sake at room temperature with sushi. Aroma was mild with promising sweetness. Flavor is refreshing and medium sweet. Sake has medium body and feels very light. Went well with the dinner. It is also very cheap.
Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅.
Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi.
There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf.
The bottle and cap have a unique design.
The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.
A little bit of a sweet nose. Soft over ripe melon? Honeysuckle? A very soft almost plush palate with slight fruit and floralality with a toasty finish
