Refreshing, sweet and delicious😋. Mio has a huge market share in the sparkling category😃. It would be great if women who are not familiar with sake could be awakened to the taste of sake and start drinking it every night 😛.

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

If you drink only unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake during the winter, it can be heavy at times, so in the spring, drinking a light sake like this is good for the stomach 🙂.

I felt like they were both right, and then I felt even more ⁇ Yopa Memo_φ(・・・・) A little dry Not much carbon dioxide chirping Smooth and silky Clean and a little bit sweet with citrus acidity A bit drier than the standard one 😄 Almost like a juice 🥤. It was delicious 😋😋😋.

I'm going to my favorite restaurant. I'm going there because it's the 1st anniversary! Congratulations 🎉㊗️🎉㊗️ One year goes by so fast lol! We decided to have a new kind of sparkling sake. I'm going to drink sparkling Sake, I'll have a toast with this MIO🍶🥂. Then, a sip... it's so refreshing! Low alcohol and gulp~! Slightly sweet... Slightly sour Slightly carbonated... Easy to drink and delicious! The soba noodles I had to finish off my meal I want to try it again 😌.
