I went to Shirakawa-go 🙏.
I heard there is a doburoku festival in October. I had no idea. They were selling doburoku ice cream. I wanted to eat it because it was too hot, but I couldn't because the store was not open 😢Gassho-zukuri, I could see something nice 😁.
I didn't have time to eat, so I quickly bought a cup of nigori (nigori sake) that was around there.
When I got back home, I looked carefully at Hourai and W's Watanabe Sake Brewery ⁉️ and found that it was delicious!
Hello, Hachibe-san.
Your photos of Shirakawa-go are beautiful ✨I get excited just looking at them🎵.
Hida is a very popular place for doburoku nigori, isn't it 😲😲 I wish I could try it once 😊.
Hi ma-ki-, 🌞.
Lush green rice fields, traditional Gassho-zukuri architecture, the sound of cicadas echoing in the blue sky... Shirakawa-go in summer was a nice thing 😆.
Nigori sake has a rich sweetness and rice flavor that is very addictive 😁.
Good evening Massaki Sapporo 😄Thank you for all your help too ‼️
The scenery was so beautiful 🤩It's a little bit special to drink a little bit of the land 😁.
Hi Hachibei 🐦.
I see you've traveled far 😳‼️ nice - Shirakawa-go✨and I associate it with nigorigo Shirakawa-go 🤣I see the cup sake is also doburoku 😳I love doburoku so I want to go there 😆.
Thanks for everything, Pon 😊.
The store I bought it from only had this one cup, but the store I went into a moment later had a variety of doburoku 😭.
Try the doburoku ice cream 🍦.

Impression
This is my first nigori sake.
It is like a sweet sake with a touch of alcohol. The mouthfeel is very sticky and the aftertaste is very sweet.
The alcohol content is 17%, but the sweetness and the mouthfeel make the alcohol taste quite light.
This is delicious!
It looks like nigori sake that has long been loved by the locals in Hida.
There is a lot of lees in this bottle! Even after being left for a long time without shaking, 80% of the bottle was pure white with lees.
I thought it might be sweet with this much lees, but when I drank it, it was surprisingly dry.
It was the kind of sake that I would like to drink on a daily basis.
I envy people in Hida who can usually buy it!
Creamy
A solid, "doburoku! It's like "doburoku!
Creamy, fermented, and heavy!
It's just like doburoku! I feel like it's just doburoku!
I wonder what was the right accompaniment for the sake...
I forgot to post the year-end and New Year's post now.
At the end of the year, I went sightseeing in Sekigahara.
Got this Hida muddy sake there.
It is thick! Um, thick!
It was delicious!
