I let it cool and then mixed it well and drank it. It is sloppy and thick like Hong Kong congee, but I wonder if it tastes like it. It is just hard to drink and what there is is an alcoholic smell.
So I tried it on the rocks. It was a little lighter, but I doubt if it tasted good.
I added soda water. It became less thick and more thirst-quenching, but I wonder if it tastes bad. If I add something tasteless, it won't taste good.
Let's try adding flavor. I added maraschino cherry syrup (the red one in the Manhattan cocktail). It turns pink and has cherry-like overtones and sweetness. It turned out to be like maraschino cherry flavored porridge.
...I was drunk, so I guess that's enough for today.
