Hmmm...it's +10 dry, but I feel the dry finish is very good. It's not too dry and spicy, but it's full of spiciness and delicious flavor. You can enjoy it. It reminds me of ears of rice under the blue sky of Shonai, a rice place.

I won (or lost?) a sake gacha event at Solamachi. It came in a thin bottle with a cat label. It comes in a thin bottle with a cat label. I don't particularly like cats, but it was cute, so I was okay with it. The taste was clear and slightly sweet, just like Junmai Daiginjo. Since it was an event, we enjoyed tasting it together.

Hazen tasted sake from Sakata. We received it as a return gift from our hometown tax payment. The taste was crisp, yet quite mellow and drinkable. It was a very tasty sake with a strong umami flavor.

Chinese Zodiac Label The snake on the label is not pretty. It has a clear and dry taste. It is good for a mid-meal drink. When I asked if Seisenkawa is available in Tokyo, I was told that it is only sold in Fukushima.

First brewery. A drinking establishment that promotes Yamagata opened near the company. I go in and out. The store's original Seisenkawa. It's already amazake. Drunken sweet sake. It's the best. I don't understand the name of the company, but Saito Sake Brewery has changed the name. I heard it has a meaning in French, but I forgot. My colleague is eating a bowl of Tsuyahime to finish off the meal, so he should get fat. I'm looking forward to it.

I heard that it is made with white malted rice. I don't know what it is, but it is said to produce a lot of citric acid. It has a refreshing sourness. It is similar to wine. Slightly effervescent. Delicious.

Yamagata, Sakata City. Eau-de-Vie Shonai Co. Seisenkawa Sumi Mio Hana Junmai Ginjo White Koji Brewing. Found this at a nearby co-op and bought it because I had never seen it before. The bottle and label indicate that it is a summer sake. I will drink it cold. The color is quite clear with a yellowish hue. The nose has a strong aroma of sweet ripe fruit. The mouthfeel is a bit viscous, with a predominant acidity. The taste is sweet and sour at first, but the full-bodied sweetness prevails over the sourness, leaving a sour aftertaste on the tongue. In my opinion, a little more balance is needed. It's not like a white wine... Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice malt(domestic) Rice polishing ratio:55 Alcohol content: 13%. Sake degree: -10 Acidity: 3.2
