Again, no rice used or major specs.
It is a very low alcohol sake at 5%.
Oh❗️It's really red!
is my first impression. I remember drinking red sake before, but once again I thought rice is amazing.
It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything.
It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor.
It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel.
If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.
