Smells fresh, like sliced apples.
It has a smooth texture, pear-like nuances, and a slight effervescence, with a nice balance of a little sourness and bitterness. The lactic acidity, umami of rice, and a little bit of alcohol make it refreshing and delicious after drinking!
I was surprised at how easy it was to drink because I was imagining a sweet juice. It has a buggy feeling like other sake is bitter because it is sweet but doesn't make you feel sweet.
Day 2. Clear and good! Would buy again.
