It's Christmas, so we toasted with Christmas sake🍶.
Sake with a slight sparkle purchased at HINEMOS, a fashionable liquor store on the first floor of Harakado.
There are two types of micro-foam sake: sweet and dry, and I bought the dry one.
Compared to the other, this one was definitely drier, but when I drank it by itself, it seemed so-so sweet.
Since I bought it as a set, one bottle is 170 ml, which is easy to finish and I can try many more after this.
The concept of this sake is that it goes well with the time as stated in the product name, and this is a sake that goes well with 6 o'clock.
I think it is just the right sake for the start of a meal.
I forgot to take a picture.
It is delicious, just like the sake!

A present from my wife
I drank a bottle of sake for the first time in a long time.
I've been drinking it outside, but it's been a while since I've had it at home, and I've had an unopened bottle of Hana-yosu sitting on the shelf for a long time.
It was my birthday, so my wife bought it for me at a pop-up store.
It was my first time drinking this brand, and I didn't even recognize it until she gave it to me!
Price-wise, it is very expensive considering it is junmai sake and only 500ml!
I honestly don't know if it's worth the price.
However, it was not a bad sake to drink on a special occasion with a special person to make you feel special.
Odawara City Sake. Sake is difficult to describe in terms of taste, so they explain the taste by the time of day. This was a refreshing junmai ginjo at 11:00, the closing time. I thought this sake was more for visuals, but no, it was quite tasty. We tasted several bottles, including other low-alcohol and fizzy sakes.
HINEMOS, which I often drank a variety of drinks because of its interesting branding of different tastes of alcohol divided by time when it was just born.
The HINEMOS 6th anniversary limited edition draft sake arrived, so we opened the bottle right away.
It is a light, dry, 14% junmai ginjo. Polishing is 50%.
I don't know more than that, but it looks good in a glass of wine.
Drink it at 11:00 a.m. in the evening.
Nice aroma of rice. The mouthfeel is round but dry! The taste is rich. Maybe it's because I haven't had sake in a while?

16% (rice polishing ratio 70%)
Polishing ratio 70%.
