Tonight, I'm dropping my second bottle of the first series as well🤗. This is Yaemon from the Yamatogawa Sake Brewery out of Kitakata, Fukushima ✨. The nose is clean, fruity and citrusy. The first sip has a clean, fruity, citrusy aroma with a hint of green banana sweetness and a dry, crisp finish. It is perfectly suited for a mealtime sake. The rice is undisclosed, but I imagine it to be Gohyakumangoku or Yumenokou, and I like the taste.

[Mutsubu Nigori Sake This is the first bottle I bought at the Fukushima Museum in Nihonbashi. I'm not sure what to make of it. The aroma is like strawberry 🍓. This is the first time I've ever had this kind of beer. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I think it's a good thing. I don't think it would go well with sashimi... It's a good marriage with rich, sweet and spicy chicken liver 😋I'm sure it would go well with pumpkin stew as well.

First time drinking out in a while We started with Reijin 😆. It's called "Reijin Dry Goku" and it's as light and dry as you'd expect 🤗. As a lover of sweet and savory, I don't usually drink it, but it was perfect with the grilled meat I paired it with 🥰.

At the tasting. I had been curious about Reijin for a while, so I tasted it with the intention of buying it, but I couldn't find anything that stuck out to me so I didn't buy it. It was fresh and fruity, but it tasted like a common taste.... I would like to try it if there are other specs. The brewer was also very reluctant.

Hanashoku Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae The aroma is like grapes with a hint of sourness, the mouthfeel is clean and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste, and there is a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. This month we had a lot of drinking outside, so it's been a while since I've had a drink at home! I got a bottle of summer sake "Kashoku", which is rarely seen even in my hometown, because there was some left at the liquor store! The mouthfeel is sweet with a refreshing acidity, and the mellow aroma lingers until the end. It seems that more emphasis is placed on the mellow aroma than on the refreshing taste! Although it is a summer sake, it is a perfect bottle for long nights in autumn. I felt it has the potential to be as good as many dishes in the autumn season of taste.

I heard from an acquaintance that Sakuta was delicious and ordered it because there was no special distributor near me and it was in the hometown tax payment. Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.

The last of the Saga Sake is Ko-Imari Actually I drank 2 kinds of Aizu Homare before Ko-Imari😅 I searched for it and found out that it is an Imari limited sake! The sweetness is quite strong. It's a bit heavy sweetness. I think the sweetness is stronger than other Ko-Imari sake I have had. I would like to drink some raw sake of this if there is such a thing.

I bought a rare pre-natural sake that I was curious about when I saw Mariponnu's post. And it was an active nigori 🌟. It was supposed to be a spouting caution, but the liquid level didn't come up at all and the bottle opened quietly😁. When poured into a glass, it is quite solid and nigori. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's also very juicy and gassy. I thought for a moment that I could drink it quickly and easily after a bath... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. It was a bit like makgeolli, so I served it with kimchi and Korean seaweed and it was a great match 😆😆. I'm sure it would go well with grilled meat too😋.
