Arriving at the station nearest to the Biwako Hotel where the event was held, I had some time to kill so I went to a ramen restaurant produced by Minoru Sano, who is known as the devil of ingredients in the ramen industry, to get some food for my stomach. It is a 3-year aged sake with a fruity richness. It's really good! It seems that it is not available for purchase since they are not making it anymore. After the event, I visited a liquor store in Kusatsu and told them I went to a Shiga sake event in Otsu, and the owner of the store was there too. According to the information from the liquor store, a liquor store that had Suzu Masamune in stock had given it to him for the event. He said that the sake was well preserved and had been aged for about 5 years.

I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! The baseball club team that my sons took care of when they were in junior high school was located in Uda, and this is a nostalgic place where we used to go every weekend. We used to pass by the brewery we visited this time, but this is the first time we visited there. It is called "Sake Brewery Street," but it is really a quiet street. And the taste of the sake.... There is not much aroma, and although you can feel the alcohol in your mouth, the dryness is not so high and the sake is easy to drink. I imagined it would be a dry sake for the experts because it is from a long-established sake brewery, but to my surprise, it is moderately drunk and has a refreshing taste.
