It had a rather mellow aroma and a strong flavor.

This brewery is located in Kamiita-machi, Tokushima Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 70% Tokushima rice.
Blended with two types of dry junmai sake.
Soft rice aroma, strong taste and sharp finish.
It has a strong flavor and a sharp aftertaste.
Recommended to be served at room temperature to lukewarm.

After the junmai sake, the sake was again aluzoe.

Soy sauce based with a strong flavor that goes well with sake 😃.

I asked the person in charge and he said it reads "Hisagotaikai".
It was my first time to hear it.
There are so many kinds of sake 😳.
This sake won the gold medal in 2024.
The color is clear.
The mouthfeel is moist and sweet. Fresh sweetness like pear 🍐.
Mild on the palate.
There is a ginjo aroma.
The sharpness seems to disappear quickly.
Gold medal winning sake 🥇....it is still different...☺️

Light, but delicious.
The sweetness is not fruity, but it's a nice match with the astringency afterwards.
