It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

Kitajima's summer sake. Last time, we enjoyed Aizan's Namemoto. This time, it's a Yamada Nishiki Junmai Ginjo. It is brewed with a beautiful dry taste. It is a very elegant and cool beautiful sake. The aroma is subdued and the taste is refreshing. The finish is refreshing. The aftertaste is refreshing. Aouarashi is a seasonal word for summer. I think this is my first time drinking Kitajima 🤔. octopus🐙 was very impressive on the label and I was curious about it, but this time I decided to try the orikagami❗️. The aroma is like melon🍈 or pineapple🍍😆. When you drink it, it is moderately sweet and very easy to drink👍 But I've never heard of rice called mizukagami 😅. I️ don't know the characteristics but it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.

I have had a little Mutsu Hassen, but Mutsu Otokoyama is completely new to me! A while ago, I had the impression that Mutsu Hassen lost all its flavor after the second day, but recently it has been able to keep its flavor quite well. What do you think of Mutsu Otokoyama? The aroma is a botanical scent similar to that of grass or earth, but only slightly. But when you take a sip, you will be surprised! It has a gorgeous capsule-like aroma similar to that of Mutsu Hassen! I don't think I've ever experienced such an aroma with such a strong standing aroma! The taste is definitely less sweet, but has a good umami. The taste is certainly not too sweet, but it has a good umami flavor, and yet it has a gorgeous overtone. It is dry, but popular, like a "Sanjyo," "EXILE," or "Ishihara Gundan"? Something like that. I don't know if the aroma has calmed down or if the taste has mellowed, but it is easier to drink and tastes even better from the second day! It's definitely dry, this one! I saw a lot of Shuyoshi's La Chante at a souvenir shop in Akita. It was stored at room temperature in the sun, so I bought the one from the liquor store's refrigerator.
