Nagara River booth. It is not sold outside of the prefecture, so I guess it is a rare brewery to see in the Kansai region. I was a bit intimidated by the dryness of the sake, but when I tried it, I found it wasn't too hot. I think they were all refreshing.

Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya Sake Rice used is Hidahomare. It is a so-called summer sake, and is said to be aged for one year. It does not have a matured feel and has a mild mouthfeel. It is refreshing as a summer sake should be, and the umami is clearly conveyed. It is easy to drink when cooled down to a crisp. The label is designed by a famous person? It's a cool design.

Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka㉔ Nagaragawa" booth. Last in time. Nagaragawa, which I have drunk frequently. Nagaragawa Aged Old Sake Junmai Shichidanburi 1999BY This sake had a strong impact on us when we drank it at the "Traveling Sake" event. It is a very old sake, but it has a refreshing flavor and a deep taste. It is amazing that sake can be drunk even after such a long time. Nagaragawa SuperFresh Junmai-Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Genshu The note says "thick, nutty, sweet and delicious", but I wonder if this is what they mean by this sake... Nagaragawa Directly-filtered Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-genshu... This was standard delicious. This was the end of the Gifu Sake event. After this, we went on our usual wandering drinking tour with Mr. Bouken, but I'll skip that part 🤣.

I received this sake with the word 😏 "spicy". It's not so much spicy...I can't taste any sweetness 😳. I was strangely impressed that they could cut the sweetness so much 🧐. It went well with sashimi. It was clean, so it was dry, which is a category I can drink too. It is my policy to drink up the first bottle of sake before moving on to the next one, unless I am comparing sake! I have a policy to drink up the bottle before going on to the next one, but no 😭. Help me - sweet sake! I reached for the sake cellar even though there was still some left 🤣.

Dry but full of flavor. I prefer it at room temperature. It doesn't feel like 19 degrees.
