It is a little melon🍈 and fruity with a firm sake-like crispness, making it perfect as a mid-meal drink.
We had it with steamed chicken and steamed vegetables.

Sweet and refreshing.
It goes very well with dashi broth-flavored tsuyu.
Since it was summer, it went well with somen noodles.
I like this kind of taste!
Sweet and refreshing
It is a sweet and refreshing sake, so I used it as a food sake, but I think it would have been good to drink it before a meal and then move on to a dry sake.
I don't remember the details because I drank a lot.
However, I didn't drink any alcohol that I didn't like at that time.
So it was delicious.
It didn't disturb the food. I have the impression that it was good as a food drink.
Since it is 17 degrees, it might have had a more robust flavor, more like iburigakko or boiled fish.
Despite the clear color, it was firmly sake dry 🍶.
I'm happy to find a sake🍶 that I don't know when I drink it at a restaurant.
It's fresh and doesn't have a long aftertaste, so it's refreshing and doesn't do anything wrong.
