I have had a little Mutsu Hassen, but Mutsu Otokoyama is completely new to me! A while ago, I had the impression that Mutsu Hassen lost all its flavor after the second day, but recently it has been able to keep its flavor quite well. What do you think of Mutsu Otokoyama? The aroma is a botanical scent similar to that of grass or earth, but only slightly. But when you take a sip, you will be surprised! It has a gorgeous capsule-like aroma similar to that of Mutsu Hassen! I don't think I've ever experienced such an aroma with such a strong standing aroma! The taste is definitely less sweet, but has a good umami. The taste is certainly not too sweet, but it has a good umami flavor, and yet it has a gorgeous overtone. It is dry, but popular, like a "Sanjyo," "EXILE," or "Ishihara Gundan"? Something like that. I don't know if the aroma has calmed down or if the taste has mellowed, but it is easier to drink and tastes even better from the second day! It's definitely dry, this one! It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a sharp dry taste! This is the kind of delicious sake that goes down so smoothly that you find yourself drinking it all up.

Sweet and dry drink comparison 🍶✨✨✨. I went to Urahasen last year. This year I'm going to Uraotosan😁😁. Dry and refreshing It is a good place to enjoy a meal. Personally Urahasen for sake alone 🍶. For pairing, I'd go for Ura Otokoyama I guess 😊🍶🍶.

I think this is my first time drinking Kitajima 🤔. octopus🐙 was very impressive on the label and I was curious about it, but this time I decided to try the orikagami❗️. The aroma is like melon🍈 or pineapple🍍😆. When you drink it, it is moderately sweet and very easy to drink👍 But I've never heard of rice called mizukagami 😅. I️ don't know the characteristics but it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.

I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. The carbonated bubbles were large (I personally prefer a smaller one), Anyway, it was easy to drink and tasted so good that I drank it right up. I could taste it, but it was so easy to drink. I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. The impression is that it is quite sharp and clean.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Shunyo. This is Izumo no Kuni's newest brewery, created (reborn) last year. Naturally, it was the first time for us to visit. The image of sake in this area is that of powerful sake-like sake, all of which are unique. This sake is unique in the sense that it is, but the image has been overturned. It is very fruity and lightly sweet and sour, with a pleasant citrus bitterness spreading from the sweetness and acidity. The mouthfeel is clear and crisp. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. It is a light, astringent and delicious 🍶. More of a sense of breadth than a sense of depth. Simple and straight rather than complex and harmonious Consistent throughout rather than a change in flavor. The astringency brings out the umami of the rice in a good way. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨. It's consistently delicious 😋.

It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!
