Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of classical sake, and is quickly cut by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox dry sake, but highly satisfying. Thank you for the treat!

A little bit of a schwash and bitterness is good~! The supernatant has a light umami, like it softens when mixed with the lees (my opinion) 🤭 Delicious! I bought a bottle of Tateyama at the Square Sake Shop on the way back from Shima Onsen, and it was a good buy 🤤. I'm glad I didn't go home empty handed because I didn't have any Sakiyami.

I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. I think this is my first time drinking Kitajima 🤔. octopus🐙 was very impressive on the label and I was curious about it, but this time I decided to try the orikagami❗️. The aroma is like melon🍈 or pineapple🍍😆. When you drink it, it is moderately sweet and very easy to drink👍 But I've never heard of rice called mizukagami 😅. I️ don't know the characteristics but it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.

Tenryo, which I ordered at a meal on my trip. It was a freshly brewed and stored Honjozo brewed with Hidahomare. I usually don't drink Hidahomare, Honjozo, or Nama-Seizou, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to drink it. The color was crystal with a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is quite mild, with mineral and earthy notes. When you drink it, it has a slightly fruity overtone. Next comes a sense of minerality and a hint of sweetness. There is also a slight white ball-like feeling. The acidity is smart and not too assertive. Bitterness appears a little at the end. The lingering aftertaste is pale and slowly fades away with the bitterness. As is typical of honjozo, it has the sake-like flavor that is generally imagined by those who do not normally drink sake, but it is a food sake with a fruity character that is typical of freshly stored sake. It's meant to be served at ryokans, as it goes perfectly with fish, vegetables, and other Japanese dishes! I've been drinking a lot of sake that can be drunk on its own, so I'm very satisfied with my first "food sake" in a long time! It may not be a hit with those who only accept easy-to-understand sake, but for those who like dry sake, or those who want to enjoy a marriage between sake and food, or to complement food, this is a naturally delicious sake.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Shunyo. This is Izumo no Kuni's newest brewery, created (reborn) last year. Naturally, it was the first time for us to visit. The image of sake in this area is that of powerful sake-like sake, all of which are unique. This sake is unique in the sense that it is, but the image has been overturned. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake 🍶😃. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious 😋. It is a light, astringent and delicious 🍶. More of a sense of breadth than a sense of depth. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum 😆. But all the sake was sold out there 😭 So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi👍. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it 😣. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely 😌. I've had this drink before and I know it's good, so I feel safe drinking it 😌. I wasn't sure whether to buy Rihachi's white label or black label, but this time I went with this one ✨.
