#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. The carbonated bubbles were large (I personally prefer a smaller one), Anyway, it was easy to drink and tasted so good that I drank it right up. I could taste it, but it was so easy to drink. The label is unexpectedly attached on two sheets. The second one that I turned over, The second label is a nice beckoning cat with both hands raised in the air. The taste is mellow and autumnal, The taste is mellow like an autumn sake with a fresh sweetness like a pear. It is easy to match with meals.

This was the first time I drank Abe-kan at home. The one I drank in the past was a special sake with a special kijoshu spec, so I don't think it was any different from the first time I drank it. It is dry with a strong gassy and acidic taste. It is not that sweet, but it is easy to drink because of the sourness. I don't think I've ever seen Abe-kan sold anywhere but Edion Namba.

It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!

A trip to visit a brewery. We went to Kurikoma, the hometown of the person who helped us. We visited our favorite brewery, Senda Sake Brewery in Okutsuru Kurikoma Mt. According to the young master, even weak drinkers can be satisfied, so we bought this one. We will drink it from now on.
