I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! I don't know what the original flavor was, but it has a nice aged feel. ❣️

I bought this sake because it was recommended by the proprietress of the liquor store. It has a mellow aroma and taste reminiscent of melon, and is a high quality sake that is not cloying and does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

A bottle of melon-flavored sake that was recommended to me when I asked the liquor store if they had any melon- or banana-flavored sake. It has been a little while since I have had Abu-no-Tsuru itself, but I am glad I did because I have been wanting to drink it! Ah, so this is the melon type. I'm becoming more and more unable to distinguish it from the pineapple type, and my tongue is getting more and more stupid, but it is indeed melon-type, lol, lol, lol. The third day was a good time to relax, or rather, the tropical aroma was a little lessened, and the taste was well-balanced and amazingly delicious! From the moment you take a sip, the aroma comes in and the umami gradually expands, then the sweetness like Andes melon expands, then the umami fades gently with the sourness, and finally the bitterness comes out gradually. I think I like this feeling a lot. It is a gorgeous yet somewhat subdued sake, but it is actually quite delicious! I really recommend the first or second day for those who like tropical aromas, and the third day for those who want it to settle down a bit more! As is often the case with good sake, I drank it all up quickly...it was actually a great sake...? I was secretly impressed!

Juicy aroma reminiscent of pears and ripe apricots. The rich flavor and sweetness of the Omachi grape, as well as the fresh and powerful taste of the unpasteurized sake, make this a very appealing wine. The firm acidity keeps the aftertaste clean and tight, making it an excellent partner for a wide range of dishes, including sashimi, herb-infused meat dishes, white meat fish carpaccio, and cream pasta.

At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

I found a suspicious looking liquor. Is it for export? I saw it in the lap of Asahara Sake Brewery and bought it. It is a carbonated sake with low alcohol content. It is carbonated after the fact, so it has a great shwashy feeling. It is good for a quick drink on a hot day, but if you want to feel the carbonation, I honestly think beer or a highball would be better. I don't think this is what people call "Japan".

It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from 50% polished "Hanabukiyuki," Aomori Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. Haikara" is a 30's sake, a low alcohol sake in the 13%'s. It is a sake brewed from scratch by brewers in their 30's with no direction from the toji, but with their own ingenuity based on their own experience. Taken from President Nishida's Instagram (Here are my impressions from my stupid tongue) Brilliantly fruity From the moment you drink it, you can feel the juice, and it goes down your throat smooth and easy to drink. It is very fruity and easy to drink 😋. Like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rice used is Yamae Nishiki It is supposed to be a sake that goes well with mushrooms, but in the end I did not pair it with mushrooms. However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.

drinking at home Komeyasu Sake Shop A bottle recommended by the proprietress! Yes, it is delicious! I think the rice used for sake is Hitogokochi! I think it is similar to Kawanakajima Genmai! It's sweet, but has a delicious and satisfying flavor! The "Tsuki" in Tsukimi seems to refer to the sake for the fall season, and that the name differs depending on the season! It was one that I would like to drink differently! 7 points Considering the cost performance, 7.5 points is acceptable!

Smells like pear with a hint of alcohol. Sweet! The sweetness reminds me of sugar. When swallowing, there is a fluffy flavor reminiscent of rice, and there is also a taste of fruit juice, but the sweetness stands out. There is a carbonation feeling. I want to drink it again tomorrow. It is sweet. The second day. Slightly carbonated. The second day is easier to drink.

٩٩٩@🍶🍶🍶🍶 We opened a bottle of Taiheikai today😄. I've only had Taiheikai 1314 once and it's been a while since I've bought it ✨😀😀. Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋. I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . Yamatsuru is the closest sake brewery to my house, but I haven't had much of it lately. The last time I drank it I got the impression that it was peculiar and not really my cup of tea, but not this Junmai Daiginjo! Clear and fruity, good balance of flavors. It's also gorgeous😋. The price is reasonable for a Junmai Daiginjo, but I think it's worth it🧐 I can't underestimate local sake 😚

Low-polished Junmai-shu from Yamatsuru, a local sake brewery in Ikoma, Nara. The name is Choyao. It was a gift, but it looks like it will cost a fortune💧. I heard it was brewed using a method described in a wooden letter from the Nara period. I wonder if it is true. Anyway, let's try it. Wow! It is indeed as rich and sweet as I had heard! The sake level is a whopping -40❗️ But the aftertaste is refreshing. Surprisingly easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's pretty good 👍I'll have to try this one too 😙. But I wonder if people in the Nara period really enjoyed this kind of sake 🤔.

At last! At last, Nara sake complete! The last one was 100㏄. It was a very impressive drink. However, one of the chopsticks is bent in a bow.... It has been bothering me for a while. My consciousness is pulled in that direction. Very hard to grasp lol. Also. There is no aroma. It tastes neither fruity nor sake-like. It is easy to drink and delicious. Yamatsuru-san, I was actually looking for a sake called "Nagaya-ou," which is a recreation of a 1300 year old sake. After all, it's not easy to find! Nakamoto Sake Brewery offers a sake brewery makamakai lunch by reservation only. I would like to visit there someday. This time, I had a chance to taste Nara sake from all 29 breweries! Thanks to Umashu-san, Nara Izumi Yusai-san, and Kintetsu Railway for making this possible. Thank you very much! I am glad that I was able to accomplish this before the end of the year! I love Nara sake! In a post a little while ago, I wrote that the water in Kaze no Mori was ultra-soft water. It's actually super-hard water. I am ashamed.... Here is the correction!

This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. Just like the label on the back, this sake has a lot of flavor, but it's not heavy. Even though it was nigori, it didn't feel sloppy. It was an easy to drink sake.
