The aroma is subtle, the mouthfeel is mellow and umami...with a sweet aftertaste and just the right amount of sweet and sour...enjoy the rich rice flavor...no wonder it's so popular...it's delicious...I didn't want to keep it for the next day, so I drank it all with my wife...pike conger eel! Tempura and raw bonito...we had a little bit of each!

The cork "popped" when I opened the bottle, but not enough to blow out, It was a relief that it didn't blow out. It was slightly effervescent and refreshingly sweet, The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, It is very easy to drink.

Thin aroma of green apple peel. Strong effervescence, slight wooden barrels, rice flavor, a hint of acidity that seems to disappear. The level is high. When drinking it again, there is a bitter taste in the mouth. The second day. The bubbles become finer and the acidity and sweetness expand. It looks like Shinsei. The first day was also like Shinsei.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today 🤣. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔.

I've always been curious about this drink. I've always been curious about it. 100% Kasuga terraced rice Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 9%. A little white grains of lees are dancing around. Fruity and juicy sweetness like orange 🍊 or melon 🍈. Slight bitterness at the end. This is great for dessert! Sweet mouthfeel like sake, like wine. Low alcohol & 500ml of very tasty sake, it goes very fast 😊.

Philando 🇫🇮 I was expecting it to be very sweet, I was expecting it to be very sweet, but it's pretty soggy and makes the drink go further 🤣. I think it's better to drink it chilled and in a smaller vessel to fully enjoy the fizziness 😋. I have the impression that you can fully enjoy the fizziness 😋. Foam x low alcohol = surprisingly refreshing drink 🫧.

I bought this sake because it was recommended by the proprietress of the liquor store. It has a mellow aroma and taste reminiscent of melon, and is a high quality sake that is not cloying and does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

Juicy aroma reminiscent of pears and ripe apricots. The rich flavor and sweetness of the Omachi grape, as well as the fresh and powerful taste of the unpasteurized sake, make this a very appealing wine. The firm acidity keeps the aftertaste clean and tight, making it an excellent partner for a wide range of dishes, including sashimi, herb-infused meat dishes, white meat fish carpaccio, and cream pasta.

Toyokuni (modern-day Japanese brand of haloperidol) I also found the fruit to be fermented and a little smoky. I would like to try it again as it usually seems to be a melon. Series name from the brewery name "Toyokuni

At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty. The mouthfeel is smooth and fresh, and it has a sweet taste of grain. The sourness and bitterness were not so strong. From the label, I thought it would be heavy, but it was easy to drink.

I found a suspicious looking liquor. Is it for export? I saw it in the lap of Asahara Sake Brewery and bought it. It is a carbonated sake with low alcohol content. It is carbonated after the fact, so it has a great shwashy feeling. It is good for a quick drink on a hot day, but if you want to feel the carbonation, I honestly think beer or a highball would be better. I don't think this is what people call "Japan".

Rice used is Yamae Nishiki It is supposed to be a sake that goes well with mushrooms, but in the end I did not pair it with mushrooms. However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.

Shigisumi-zumi Refreshing aroma of cider. Light, soft, slightly effervescent. Modest sweetness, saliva. A little bitterness lingers. Refreshing on the palate. Delicious. I heard it goes well with mushrooms, so I paired it with mushroom hot somen noodles. Does it have an earthy aroma? I think so? This is a sake brewery that specializes in sweet, sour, and juicy wines, but has not yet been discovered. I bought it at a liquor store in Suzaka while going to the Aeon Mall in Suzaka. The Naotora limited edition sake I bought at the Suzaka Aeon Mall was also sold in Matsumoto. What a feeling of defeat.

Smells like pear with a hint of alcohol. Sweet! The sweetness reminds me of sugar. When swallowing, there is a fluffy flavor reminiscent of rice, and there is also a taste of fruit juice, but the sweetness stands out. There is a carbonation feeling. I want to drink it again tomorrow. It is sweet. The second day. Slightly carbonated. The second day is easier to drink.

٩٩٩@🍶🍶🍶🍶 We opened a bottle of Taiheikai today😄. I've only had Taiheikai 1314 once and it's been a while since I've bought it ✨😀😀. Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋. I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . I don't know, but it was delicious 🥳.

Yamatsuru is the closest sake brewery to my house, but I haven't had much of it lately. The last time I drank it I got the impression that it was peculiar and not really my cup of tea, but not this Junmai Daiginjo! Clear and fruity, good balance of flavors. It's also gorgeous😋. The price is reasonable for a Junmai Daiginjo, but I think it's worth it🧐 I can't underestimate local sake 😚

Low-polished Junmai-shu from Yamatsuru, a local sake brewery in Ikoma, Nara. The name is Choyao. It was a gift, but it looks like it will cost a fortune💧. I heard it was brewed using a method described in a wooden letter from the Nara period. I wonder if it is true. Anyway, let's try it. Wow! It is indeed as rich and sweet as I had heard! The sake level is a whopping -40❗️ But the aftertaste is refreshing. Surprisingly easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's pretty good 👍I'll have to try this one too 😙. But I wonder if people in the Nara period really enjoyed this kind of sake 🤔.

☆☆☆☆☆ My first Yamatsuru. No junmai daiginjo feel, quite austere impression. I think it would fit if it was called Junmai-shu. I think it would be more gorgeous if it were heated up a bit. Slightly old-fashioned, but tasty.
