Shiga Izumi Sake Brewery Delicious good. Apple aroma. Sweet and delicious with fruity and juicy acidity. Slightly effervescent and lively. Slight bitterness. It's refreshing and crisp. Umeyuee. I like it. Purchased at Zenkojiya Sake Brewery, a liquor store in Nakano City. It is located between Marusei Sake Brewery and Igaya Sake Brewery. If you are not driving, you can taste it. I bought it for myself while I went to buy the hottest souvenir of Nagano Prefecture, "Tsuki no Usagi no Unko" (a rabbit of the moon). Next time, I would like to buy Shigaizumi as a souvenir.

Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 15%. It is a junmai sake with a subtle fruity aroma, which is probably due to the rice used in the brewing process. Although it is a pure sake, it does not have much carbonation, and although it is a pure sake, it is 15% ALC, so it is refreshing and crisp and you will not get tired of drinking it 😋. First time meeting. I'm drunk, so maybe no comment. The aroma is sweet and subdued. When you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness like sugar water, but the aftertaste is so refreshing that you feel like you haven't been drinking (lol). Dangerous!

Here it comes again this year. One drop, two drops. This one is a no special junmai filtered raw sake! It has a gorgeous aroma - and very fruity. It is a popular sake brewery at my favorite liquor store.　It is not a food sake, but a sake to be savored on its own. ‼️ Taste it slowly!

Shigaizumi Shuzo, One Drop Two Drops Special Junmai. Balance of sweetness and aroma.　Celebration! The National High School Ekiden, both men's and women's high schools in Shinshu won the championship! So we had a toast to celebrate.　　Only half of the sake bottle was left, but we finished it. I have only visited Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, so I hope to encounter new brands again!

ICHIDARUSHITOMI NITOMITOMI Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio 58 Alcohol content 15%. This is the first Shigaizumi. It is rustic but has a gentle and soft taste. Gentle and juicy. This is delicious! Shinshu sake, it is very deep. I will look for it again next week.
