Drinking it at room temperature, it has sweetness, but it is dry and delicious. The hint of aroma is slightly fruity. It has a good balance. I wanted to drink it hot, so I warmed it up. Then it became slightly sour and the flavor changed a little. It was a little too warmed and became more than kamikan, or maybe it would be better warmed to lukewarm. Or room temperature would be better. It is good on its own or during a meal. Lukewarm heating of ginjo-shu is delicious.
It went well with pickled Chinese cabbage and DX Neru Neru.

It has a gentle taste and relaxes you when you drink it. It is fresh and fruity, but it is a delicious sake that gently permeates the body.

Purchased at Zenkojiya Sake Brewery, a liquor store in Nakano City. It is located between Marusei Sake Brewery and Igaya Sake Brewery. If you are not driving, you can taste it.
I bought it for myself while I went to buy the hottest souvenir of Nagano Prefecture, "Tsuki no Usagi no Unko" (a rabbit of the moon).
