This is a draft of Taiheikai, a famous sake from Ibaraki. This one has the luxury of being packed with sake dripping from the unrefined spirit.
As it is characterized by its freshness, it is juicy on the palate. The slightly creamy texture is like peach yogurt. I think the acidity is not very strong.
It tastes good chilled, or warmed up a little for a sweeter taste. I had it with sukiyaki, and I think it went well with it.
At Shizukiya
I guess unpressurized means arabashiri.
It's been a while since I've had local sake 🍶.
I can't stop feeling excited!
The freshness and tingling sensation of the raw sake
It's so refreshing and easy to drink!
Perfect with oysters and albacore in a hot pot!
On the way home, we passed by the side of the Fuchu Homare brewery.
Thank you for everything!
The usual restaurant, the second stage. It is served with yellowtail kama.
Sweetness of apple, aroma, not that strong, well balanced and good sake.
P.S.: With grilled miso
Long time no see, Taiheikai. But the first special pure.
It has a refreshing taste.
It is good for everyday drinking as a food sake.
It is good to enjoy it as a food sake.
But it is very ordinary.
It's not too bad, not too bad at all.
Purchase price: ¥1454 (720ml)
Rice used is Gohyakumangoku
Typical hiyaoroshi with a slightly matured taste
It has a lot of umami and is very drinkable, but the aftertaste is rather refreshing, so it is easy to drink.
The aftertaste is rather refreshing, so it is easy to drink.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15%.
Soft and gentle aroma. It seems to strongly pass through the nose.
I thought it was less sweet and stronger than I had imagined before drinking it... but when I looked back at last year's record, I saw that it was written as sapparishiru😅.
Checking in a month late here too... gotta catch up soon💦.
The 2nd meeting of the 2024 party surrounding TOMO-san (2)
Sake by Fuchu Homare, which is rarely available in Kansai.
Only Watanabune is available at Yamacho-san, but I've never seen the others...
It was dark and complex with concentrated rice flavor.
I had a good impression of Fuchu Homare's Watanune a long time ago, so I'd like to try their other sake. I'll have to buy some more.
