It has a classical impression, with a strong umami of rice, but it has a good sharpness, so it goes well with meals. It went well with crab and steak.

The brand of sake in JAL's premium lounge at New Chitose Airport has been changed from Kokushi Musou! From now on, it is Maruta Special Junmai! Even though it's special junmai, the rice polishing ratio is 50%. It's jun-dai class. Almost no aroma. Taste is quite spicy and bitter at the end I found that if I drink it with persimmon seeds or caramel popcorn, the bad taste disappears! I'll be with this sake for about 3 months for a while I wonder if the lounge at Haneda Airport has changed since the last time I was there.
