We opened a bottle of Taiheikai today😄.
I've only had Taiheikai 1314 once and it's been a while since I've bought it ✨😀😀.
Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋.
I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . I don't know, but it was delicious 🥳.
