The last bottle of the 4-month-long hanpukai was a special order of the first Niseko ☺️The rice used was Comet. It was the only one out of the 8 bottles in this hanpukai that was delivered at room temperature.

The aroma is gourd-like🥒The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is a little high, but it feels more like alcohol and has a punchy taste.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing.

I was a little nervous about buying two bottles of sake every month, but the brands were so gorgeous and I'm so glad I joined as a result❗.
