My own guess is that it comes from the haiku term "Haru-Manzuki," which means "full moon in spring. But it still looks like a hiyaoroshi. Lactic acidity from the top-tasting aroma. The mouthfeel is silky and light sweetness from the tangy gasiness, and the umami is jiggly. The aftertaste is full of lactic acidity, and the closing acidity and bitterness are robust.
