Purchased at a FamilyMart near the hotel. I heard that today's game is against Nagoya Grampus Eight. Go Sanfrecce Hiroshima (whatever). It is sweet and thick.
The aroma is fresh and melon-like. When you drink it, the juicy melon flavor spreads out as the aroma does. The lingering finish is light, and the sake is easy to drink. It has a modern taste for a Saijo sake.

Purchased at Sake Brewery Sumitaya.
I have always wanted to try it if I had the chance, but I got a great deal on it so I bought it this time.
As with Geyo Otokoyama, as a local, it would be easier for me to pick it up if it were one more pricey, but when I visited the brewery on a weekday the other day after a long absence, no one was there, and I guess that's just the way it is.
The beautiful label, with its image of the night sky over the Seto Inland Sea and the torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine, is well written in English, and I would be happy to receive it as a souvenir!
Next White Botan Sake Brewery.
We had two kinds of Horoiyoi Walking Coupon.
Daiginjo-Ichi no Shizuku: Deliciously refreshing and slightly heavy.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Storage: Medium-bodied with a refreshing acidity.
The Kamotsuru brewery is located next to the Hakubutan chimney. The breweries and sites of the various sake brewing companies in this area were all in a jumble, and it was quite impressive. I thought that this area had a lot to offer for calling itself the "Sake Capital of Japan.

I returned home from the guessing game and launched alone❗
I had sushi for dinner.
The person who thinks he is the master said to me
"Surprisingly, the top-size sake goes better with sushi."
I bought it for 104 yen at half price.
I bought it at half price for 104 yen 👇 and I'll try it with White Peony.
It's more harsh and tastier than the Josensen I think it is 😋.
By the way, I'll have a glass of cold sake 💕

Hakubotan, which has been in business for 350 years, has many sweet types, but this one is a medium type with a sake degree of +1.
It has a sweet aroma, a rich and mellow taste of rice in the mouth, and a soft acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste that flows smoothly and crisply!
According to the store's pop-up, it goes well with beef stew. Certainly a good pairing with dishes with strong flavors 😁.
This light nigori sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki polished to 60%.
It has a fruity aroma and light sweetness, and at 12% alcohol by volume, it is easy to drink even for those unfamiliar with sake.
This sake is made from "Moeibuki," Hiroshima Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. This sake is light on the palate, yet has a subtle flavor of rice.
