This was also at the tasting. Gorgeous but a little thin? I thought. I've never tasted rice called Yatan 35 before. I heard they use a yeast called "2021".

Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.

The mornings and evenings are getting cooler, so I decided I had to try a summer sake. The aroma is like fresh pears, the mouthfeel is very gentle and smooth, the sweetness and umami spread out with a pleasant acidity, and it goes down the throat gently, but it also has the sharpness of Yamadanishiki. You can feel the high level of Hiroshima's sake. ⭕️ It is 12%, so overall it is gentle, so it may not suit those who like strong sake, but I would recommend it to those who are not used to drinking sake 🍶. We tasted two kinds and bought this one, but we regret that we should have bought both 😅.

Natsukoshi no Osagari Sake that is sweeter than expected and has a nice sharpness. I'm not sure I can finish a whole bottle. I plan to use it for cooking. I can drink it while cooking.

Purchased at an antenna store in Hiroshima Fresh and spicy. It got sweeter as I drank it. The reason it became sweeter was because I drank it with fish in the latter half of the bottle? I was glad to be able to buy it at the antenna store since I only tasted it and could not buy it at Shirobotan when I went on an expedition to Hiroshima.
