Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.

A bottle that has been sitting in the refrigerator Slightly smells like old sake. The mouthfeel is light, followed by a strong acidity. Since today is a holiday, we prepared some bonito tataki as a snack! The flavor and acidity of the old sake washed away the smell of bonito and it was delicious! For fun, I also tried a glass of white wine! White wine is no good. It reduces the smell, but some of the flavors are so intense that both the sake and the snack fall flat!

I have been stocking up on chestnuts and glutinous rice, I went to a mass merchandiser to buy autumn sake to go with the autumn delicacies, There were many kinds of sake on sale, I went to a sake shop to buy some sake, but I decided to go with Shirobotan sake. First, I had a glass while making rice with chestnuts. It was delicious and a little too sweet for me, But when I drank it, I overcooked it and it got burnt all over. The parts that weren't burnt were tasty, so it's not a problem. I knew it was Mr. White Peony! I guess there was no mistake. It was a delicious drink that made me feel thankful to be able to enjoy autumn. And then, I went to a festival this weekend, It is the season of autumn festivals and I went to a festival on the weekend, I can't drink because I have a car, so I had to drink non-alcoholic beverages. Highball, I thought it was surprisingly good with a smoky taste until the first few sips, But after a few sips..., I wonder if I'm getting used to the taste. I was drinking water?
