This was also at the tasting. Gorgeous but a little thin? I thought. I've never tasted rice called Yatan 35 before. I heard they use a yeast called "2021".

Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.

Warm up on a cold day 😋. It will blow away the cold! I used to boil it in hot water. But now I've found a new way to use my T-fal. I found a new way to use T-fal lol It only takes 5 minutes to get the temperature just right 😊. Pairing with yagen cartilage is also great!
