Hakubotan, which has been in business for 350 years, has many sweet types, but this one is a medium type with a sake degree of +1.
It has a sweet aroma, a rich and mellow taste of rice in the mouth, and a soft acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste that flows smoothly and crisply!
According to the store's pop-up, it goes well with beef stew. Certainly a good pairing with dishes with strong flavors 😁.
This light nigori sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki polished to 60%.
It has a fruity aroma and light sweetness, and at 12% alcohol by volume, it is easy to drink even for those unfamiliar with sake.
This sake is made from "Moeibuki," Hiroshima Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. This sake is light on the palate, yet has a subtle flavor of rice.
First Koshien of the year: ⚾️
I'm not complaining because I didn't get the tickets myself, but it was very difficult to get tickets this year, and so far I won't be attending the next one until September 😅.
Sanfrecce drinking spree at Koshien?
It just so happens to be a Carp game, so it's okay, right?
I bought it with Fukubito at the antenna store in KITE.
According to the official White Botan website, it's called Sanfrecce Cup.
The label depicts the new stadium 😊.
I wish I could go there once.
I've only been to Noesta and a local stadium (a satellite league like baseball's second team I went to as a kid💦) for soccer.
The taste is a cup of sake, but it's fruity, sweet like a white peony and very tasty 😌.
We won the game and it was psycho 🐯!
The flow of the game changed after the home steel 🤔.
Good morning, bouken 🐥.
I like your drawing, it's very detailed!
I'm a member of a fan club? I heard some people say they can't get tickets even if they are in a fan club 😳I thought it's great that you go so often bouken 😊👍.
Good evening, Ponchan.
After I bought it, I thought it was new sta yan! It's so cool 😍My friend is not a fan club member but she did her best to get it for me 🤗Of course I bought it through the official channel 😁.
How about this? The owner brought out this one.
If you look carefully, you will see that it is White Peony. I often see White Peony in Hiroshima, but this is the first time I have seen this brand.
Polishing ratio 70%.
100% Chusei Shin-Senbon
Alcohol content 21%😳
Sake, right?
It was first recommended to be warmed up, and it was massive with a robust rice flavor.
Next, it was prepared hot and when I had it, the aroma spread more in my mouth and the richness was more delicious hot 🍶.
The girls in the store were drinking it as recommended by the owner, but they were wasted😅.
The sake neutralized the salty and smelly taste of the marbled salmon and added to the delicious flavor 😊.
I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the crowfish 💦.
Hi soumacho 😃
This is one of the first one I have seen! The name is like Kai!!!! And...it's 21 degrees 😳If I smell it without knowing it's heated 😅Karasumi and heated sake! That looks sooooooo good!
At Coctail Bookstore in Koenji, Tokyo. The brewery is Hiroshima's Shirobotan Sake Brewery. The word "Shirobotan" on the label was engraved by Munakata Shiko. It is a junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70% and a sake meter rating of +1. It is recommended to be served lukewarm. It is heavy and tasty.
