It has a high alcohol content of 20 degrees, which is high for a sake, and it is also an unusual type of sake, a honjozo nama sake.
It has a crisp taste with the flavor of rice spreading through it. As you drink it, you start to feel the high alcohol content and feel that you should not drink too much.
Droopy and dense, no longer fine porridge.
It has a koji flavor like amazake (sweet sake).
However, it is surprisingly not persistent.
Neutral rice.
It can be gently accompanied with the entrée.
(Umaa!
My favorite 4/5
Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Spring (7)
We moved to the tasting and sales area in front of Kisegawa Station.
Various breweries that do not hold "kurabiraki" were also there.
Kitajima Shuzo, Fujimoto Shuzo, Takeuchi Shuzo, Laughing Shiki Shuzo, Tanaka Shuzo, Mitomiku Shuzo, and Nishida Shuzo all had joint booths.
No sales, just tasting.
We drank
Minakuchi Original Sake
Sake made by Nishida Shuzo, a mysterious brewery with little information. It seems to be located near Laughing Four Seasons. According to information on the Internet, they do not brew their own sake, but only bottle it. It is a strong sake! It's like a strong sake. I want to drink it on the rocks or with soda!
Taikanen Tokubetsu Junmai
This sake was not available at the Fujimoto Sake Brewery.
I don't remember what it tasted like, but I'm sure it wasn't a perverted sake.
AIAI Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Takeuchi Shuzo's sake. I remember Mr. Gura used to drink this sake 😋.
The label is impressive, but the taste is not...
Biwako no Kujira Nama-nara Sake
This sake is made by Kitajima Sake Brewery. I like it a lot because it has a lot of gusto and is sweet. I have been interested in this sake for quite a while. I may have had it at the Kitajima Sake Brewery I went to after this.
