This is a special Junmai Nama Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
First of all, the fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of freshly squeezed sake is a nice touch. The first impression you get when you drink it is a refreshing, fresh and gentle sweetness that only sake can provide.
It's a sweetness like strawberries that I've never tasted before - I think this is a taste that only freshly pressed sake can give you.
