This was also at the tasting. Gorgeous but a little thin? I thought. I've never tasted rice called Yatan 35 before. I heard they use a yeast called "2021".

Tasted and purchased. Firmly sweet but refreshing. Maybe citrusy? Dangerous one because of the low alcohol content. I wish Shirobotan would release fresh sake. It is sweet, but the alcohol taste is a little strong. I feel it is a bit strong. I think it tastes better after about 2 days than when it is freshly opened, even though it is fire-aged. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank it at a tasting.

Natsukoshi no Osagari Sake that is sweeter than expected and has a nice sharpness. I'm not sure I can finish a whole bottle. I plan to use it for cooking. I can drink it while cooking.

Purchased at an antenna store in Hiroshima Fresh and spicy. It got sweeter as I drank it. The reason it became sweeter was because I drank it with fish in the latter half of the bottle? I was glad to be able to buy it at the antenna store since I only tasted it and could not buy it at Shirobotan when I went on an expedition to Hiroshima.

This sake has a sweet taste, but it is not a sweet sake. However, the umami flavor is a little weak. But it is a delicious sake that you can drink without getting tired of it.

Founded 350 years ago, ❗️ is a gem with a strong personality, different from other breweries. Intense sweetness with a strong outline. Lingering finish is long. But not too sweet. Since it was a tasting at the brewery, I was not able to pair it with a meal, but it might be interesting as a food sake.

The aroma is fresh and melon-like. When you drink it, the juicy melon flavor spreads out as the aroma does. The lingering finish is light, and the sake is easy to drink. It has a modern taste for a Saijo sake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Purchased at Sake Brewery Sumitaya. I have always wanted to try it if I had the chance, but I got a great deal on it so I bought it this time. As with Geyo Otokoyama, as a local, it would be easier for me to pick it up if it were one more pricey, but when I visited the brewery on a weekday the other day after a long absence, no one was there, and I guess that's just the way it is. The beautiful label, with its image of the night sky over the Seto Inland Sea and the torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine, is well written in English, and I would be happy to receive it as a souvenir!

Next White Botan Sake Brewery. We had two kinds of Horoiyoi Walking Coupon. Daiginjo-Ichi no Shizuku: Deliciously refreshing and slightly heavy. Junmai Ginjyo Nama Storage: Medium-bodied with a refreshing acidity. The Kamotsuru brewery is located next to the Hakubutan chimney. The breweries and sites of the various sake brewing companies in this area were all in a jumble, and it was quite impressive. I thought that this area had a lot to offer for calling itself the "Sake Capital of Japan.

☆ I returned home from the guessing game and launched alone❗ I had sushi for dinner. The person who thinks he is the master said to me "Surprisingly, the top-size sake goes better with sushi." I bought it for 104 yen at half price. I bought it at half price for 104 yen 👇 and I'll try it with White Peony. It's more harsh and tastier than the Josensen I think it is 😋.
