I bought this sake at "Jizakeya Ankuru" in Sanste, Fukuyama Station, because my parents are going to have fugu sashimi and fugu nabe (fugu stew).
I thought I would definitely like this one because it is made with white malted rice.
I think I forgot to take a picture of it! 😢

The flavor and acidity of the old sake washed away the smell of bonito and it was delicious!

White wine is no good.

It was delicious and a little too sweet for me,
