When I asked a sake shop in Miyajima about sweet sake in Hiroshima Prefecture, they recommended this one after stating that Hiroshima is mostly dry. I heard that Soseki Natsume was also a fan of this sake.
It is true that it has a slightly sweet taste.
Not related to the taste, but the beautiful logo is said to be the work of Shiko Munakata!
