I wish I could have been there to see it all! The other day I walked past the liquor section of a large supermarket and found a familiar name for a sake 😁I found Chitoku, the gateway to Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎 breaking through the impregnable castle gate of Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎. It's a cup of sake, but it's a celebration. If I hadn't seen the sakenowa, I wouldn't have noticed it. Thank you all 😄😄😄.

Comparison of nigori sake (Wakayama's favorite nigori sake) Following Minakata, Chokyu ✌️ This is the fire-brewed version of the nigori sake we drank in February. I buy every bottle of Chokyu I see that I have never had before 😆. The first thing that surprised me when I drank it was that there was no fizziness at all 😲. The aroma is somewhat almond-like, and it's cloudy with a lot of orioles, so it's like diluted almond milk. But it also has a sourness to it, so I felt a bit unbalanced 🤔. I prefer nigori sake with a fizzy taste 😄.

Nigori Sake (Japanese rice wine) First time drinking Chokyu's nigori 😊. I always buy Chokyu when I see the new label ✌. The ori is quite a bit more and has a strong fizzy feel to it. It has a lot of umami and a hint of sweetness that is typical of Chokyu, and yet it has a clean dryness that makes it a dangerous sake that you can drink with gusto 🤭. The impression is quite similar to Hirotogawa's nigori👍 It goes well with western food, and the omelette was a nice match 😋.

[Summer sake is also berry good😂] The most memorable brand I drank last year, super kyu🥰. Don't miss out on getting a bottle of summer raw sake that's also bright! This one is a bit different from the matured Omachi sake I had last year, and I have the impression that it swings in a very sweet and juicy direction. The aroma is tropical 🥭 and the flavor is perfect, with a long, sharp finish and a hint of bitterness. The umami flavor is firm, so it is easy to match with Japanese fried food 👍. Chokyu seems to have a different direction for each label, but each one has its own characteristics and they are all delicious and addictive 😍.

I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

My first Kurosawa. Just after opening the bottle, the cork blew up to the ceiling. When you pour it, it fires strongly. When you drink it, it is refreshing like a carbonated drink. Immediately afterwards, a strong flavor and a strong alcohol feeling rushes in. There is no sweetness, and the mellowness of the umami and nigori is addictive. It is a very delicious sake. Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai drinking comparison: ‼️ Kurosawa: ‼️ We started with the Gold Course Taregara-mi blend alsobe. Apparently it's a blend of 4 different types of sake. Oden with a side of oden It's a dangerous sake with a gentle sweetness that is typical of Shinshu sake and a bitter and astringent taste that will keep you going 😆. It is a sake named after a place in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, where Chiyo Sake Brewery is located. Like Kushira, Gosho is a town with many difficult-to-read place names. For example, Bunze, Iuka, and Saragi. Gosho is a nice and peaceful place nestled in the bosom of the Katsuragi and Kongo mountains. Aburanaga-san of Kaze no Mori is also a sake brewer in Gosho. I guess it's a good place for sake brewing😋. It's been a while since I've had a Kushira, but it's dry and full of rice flavor. It's delicious 😆. I would like everyone to try it along with Chiyo's other brand "Shinomine" 👍.

Shinomine's terroir brand Kushira✨. I bought two kinds of Shinomine's summer sake, so I have no choice but to give you a first look🤣. The aroma is slightly sweet. Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way. It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.
