Perhaps because I expected too much from the orikagarami, the taste was different from what I expected.
The rice flavor was delicious, but it was a little dry and I wanted a little more gas and acidity.
The unique rice flavor of orikagara is strong, so I will enjoy it.
The aroma is sweet and full-bodied.
The taste is pleasant on the tongue, with a gentle sweetness followed by crispness and lightness.
Relatively clean sake.

Indescribably delicious! Full of umami!
Complex umami of rice 🌾.
It reminds me of melon, but not melon.
And when it cools down, it has a pleasant milky taste.
