Shopping at the time of mountain climbing in Nara, Osaka
It seems to be a unique technique called ikaki (I can't write the kanji...) picking, which is a method of collecting sake that oozes out by osmotic pressure.
It has a deep taste.
I bought this sake in Minamiuonuma city 🍶.
I can't get enough of this picture of a snowman 😆.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Council for the Prevention of Mountain Disasters.
I don't want to be a part of it, but it is important.
Kubota's Yukimine, which I bought at Niigata station for climbing Yakushi-dake (Mt. Yakushi).
This is a joint product with Snow Peak.
It is a good drink after the climb.
