The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I bought it by weight the day after the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting. I took this opportunity to buy it because Miyakotsuru's draft sake is rarely distributed. This is an annex of a store in Fushimi that sells all of Fushimi's sake in Nihonbashi, Osaka. I wonder if the sake brewers' association is involved? The bottles come in various sizes and labels, and you buy the bottle you want and pour it. You pour the sake yourself, but since I was right on the 300 ml mark, I received a sake cup as a "Pitari" prize. The taste is melon-like with a clean mouthfeel. The long, thin and extended acidity is impressive. It is a little light and has a sweet and spicy flavor. After about a week, the flavor seems to have opened up, or rather, the flavor profile has become more defined.

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka① Entered the event for the first time in 6 years. The venue was the 9th floor Sky Hall of Kyocera Dome Osaka. Since 52 breweries in Shikoku were participating in the event, we couldn't visit all of them in 2.5 hours, so we decided to focus on the breweries we rarely see. As usual, Dr. Bouken was with us. First, we visited the booths of "Imakomachi" and "Yutaka" in Tokushima. ◉Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered A clean acidity and a full-bodied flavor. ◉Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered The Junmai Daiginjo Mucho is a pure, polished, full-bodied, rich, and delicious wine. It was so good. The price was about 3300 yen including tax. ◉Yamansho Slightly dry and refreshing. Not too spicy. Imakomachi Daiginjo The most expensive. The standard, excellent quality, with a full-bodied, all-rounded taste. Not very impactful. In the Kansai region, Ohmune in Hyogo Prefecture seems to carry it on a spot basis.
