From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. It is slightly dry and has a nice sharpness so you won't get tired of drinking it 🤔It is a delicious sake, almost like a first squeezed raw sake 😚.

I bought it by weight the day after the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting. I took this opportunity to buy it because Miyakotsuru's draft sake is rarely distributed. This is an annex of a store in Fushimi that sells all of Fushimi's sake in Nihonbashi, Osaka. I wonder if the sake brewers' association is involved? The bottles come in various sizes and labels, and you buy the bottle you want and pour it. You pour the sake yourself, but since I was right on the 300 ml mark, I received a sake cup as a "Pitari" prize. The taste is melon-like with a clean mouthfeel. The long, thin and extended acidity is impressive. It is a little light and has a sweet and spicy flavor. After about a week, the flavor seems to have opened up, or rather, the flavor profile has become more defined.

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka① Entered the event for the first time in 6 years. The venue was the 9th floor Sky Hall of Kyocera Dome Osaka. Since 52 breweries in Shikoku were participating in the event, we couldn't visit all of them in 2.5 hours, so we decided to focus on the breweries we rarely see. As usual, Dr. Bouken was with us. First, we visited the booths of "Imakomachi" and "Yutaka" in Tokushima. ◉Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered A clean acidity and a full-bodied flavor. ◉Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered The Junmai Daiginjo Mucho is a pure, polished, full-bodied, rich, and delicious wine. It was so good. The price was about 3300 yen including tax. ◉Yamansho Slightly dry and refreshing. Not too spicy. Imakomachi Daiginjo The most expensive. The standard, excellent quality, with a full-bodied, all-rounded taste. Not very impactful. In the Kansai region, Ohmune in Hyogo Prefecture seems to carry it on a spot basis. They can also send it to individuals by e-mail or phone.

A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Hankyu's Depa basement on the way back from traveling SAKE. I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking, so I bought it. I have bought a sake with the same label, but I think it tastes different, so maybe it was the Gohyakumangoku version? There is a trace of sweetness, but the basic taste is dry. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.
