The first bottle of the new year is a sake from Toyama Prefecture 🍶.
First of all, I was surprised at the way the bottle was opened 🤭.
Cork opened: ☺️
The aroma is slightly sweet and the mouthfeel is sweet with a great umami flavor.
It has a drooling (overflowing) sensation and leaves a pungent aftertaste that lingers on the palate 😊.
Very delicate sake 🍶.

I opened the bottle at home today because I couldn't find it in the store. ☺️
It's a fruity sake with a moderate aroma and a dry mouthfeel that comes on strong 🤤.

It has been a long time since I opened a bottle of nigori 🥰.
It tastes like calpis soda and lactic acidity like yogurt ‼️
It starts off sweet and then the mouthfeel comes in a sizzle, and finally it disappears leaving a slight bitterness and a slight carbonation on the tongue☺️
