I tasted and bought this sake at a newly reopened liquor store on my way home from a graft clinic in Osaka. The aroma is yogurt-like and the mouthfeel is alcoholic, then spicy and sweet with a pear-like aftertaste 🍐. The price is only a little over 1000 yen and the cost performance is great👍.

As usual, I was a little wary of Yamahai, but I was right on the money 🍶. Good aroma, sweet and spicy punch on the palate, no Yamahai Suga at all 😊. Good sake ‼️
