(**Ohmigosh*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a bottle of Sogen, a local sake 😀 I bought it because it was at a liquor store I hadn't been to in a while✋It doesn't have much aroma, but when you drink it, it has a good balance of sourness and umami, with a concentrated flavor. It is slightly dry and has a nice sharpness so you won't get tired of drinking it 🤔It is a delicious sake, almost like a first squeezed raw sake 😚.

I received a bottle of sake from Sogen Sake Brewery, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 I drink this sake often and have memories of going to the brewery last year to buy Kiri sake 😥 I hope they will resume sake production soon. Buy at the warehouse 1411 yen / 720ml The brewery is located in Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture, familiar from the morning drama "Amachan". I was in a hurry and made the painful mistake of forgetting to take a picture of the brewery. Please forgive me with a monument of "Jeez, Jeez" instead. I thought it tasted fresh when I opened the bottle, but it was an aged type with a little bit of a habit. I drank it chilled the first day, so I tried it hot on the second day, and it transformed into a mellow taste and was easy to drink.

There is also a Raifuku Sake Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture, so it looks like a mix-up. ◉Fukurai Special Junmai Fukurai is made from Ginotome sake rice. It has a soft mouthfeel, but the taste is rich and dark with a sweet umami flavor that is quite to my liking. The brewery is located in Kuji City, famous for being the location for NHK's morning TV series "Amachan".

Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

I've known about this ice breaker for a while, but had somehow passed on it in Tamagawa. After seeing the many rave reviews on Sakenowa, I finally bought one 🙂. This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink. It has a slight peach and lactic acid flavor. I think it is one of the most delicious alcoholic sake.

Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? It's been a long time since I drank muddled sake, so I had a strange feeling at the first sip, but the sweetness came, and I thought it was characteristic to change to sourness soon. A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink.
