At an izakaya in Kyoto.
It is indeed slightly cloudy. Perhaps it was because it was served in a silver cup, but it was beautiful with sparkling particles of nigori.
The sake is clear and easy to drink, but has a rich and thick taste. Delicious!
At a tavern in Hakata Station.
It is not so tangy as to be called "very hot". Both the aroma and taste are moderate, and it seems to go with everything.
Purchased at a roadside station in Ono.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth with a hint of fruity acidity. It is easy to drink, with a refreshing aftertaste despite its richness. It is delicious!
I would like to try the Imi as well.
Tasted at Ponshu-kan at Echigo Yuzawa Station.
Fruity aroma, mild sweetness, and rice flavor. It is a delicious taste that should be savored over time!
