5/10
Canned sake from Shotoku Shuzo.
Kyoto has an image of an increasing number of these.
Kyo-no-kiraki is Kyoto's original sake brewing rice and is used only in Kyoto.
The taste is quite dry.
The aroma is also subdued, which is probably due to the fact that it is hard to sense in the can.
It has a sharp taste, so it is a good sake to accompany sake snacks.
We moved to a new location, at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in the Kyoto Station Building.
It was delicious with a hint of sweetness and tenderness that accompanied the sushi. 🙆♂️
Sushi and sake are a great combination!
