Preference ★★★☆☆☆☆
It is sold only in Toyama Prefecture and in limited quantities, and seems to be very popular.
It seems to be popular and is sold only in Toyama Prefecture and in limited quantities. It is delicious both lukewarm and cold. It is very good as a food sake.
This year's snow crabs are soft and easy to eat, perhaps because they were caught early in the season.
Pouring hot sake into the shell of the crab, it tastes good. This year's crab was delicious. Although I forget how to peel the crab every time I eat it at the end of each year.
The flavor is so rich that I swap it with another bowl of octopus sashimi for the junsai.
Other
Sushi of yellowtail, Hirame, Hirame, tuna, Hobo, and Shiraebi.
Tofu for dessert.
Basically, I don't drink brewed alcohol in pubs.
I don't drink brewed sake at izakaya because I always feel nervous about taking the risk of paying for it because of the large margin of error. I am always nervous about taking a gamble.
This Tateyama has less of the amino acid content that is unique to brewed sake, and is more like a junmai (pure rice) sake. I like it.

From Unfulfilled Production Areas - Toyama
Surprising that there is no purchase history of Toyama sake. This one has a classic feel as the label says. I'd like to try heating it up.

They say it's a new series of my favorite Tateyama.
It looks like it is basically distributed only in Toyama prefecture.
It is what is called a dry sake, with a clean and crisp mouthfeel.
It has a ginjo aroma and is mildly tailored with a slight umami flavor.
