It was sold in advance at the brewery opening but I couldn't go, so I bought it after the official release. The top aroma is a bit like high cooked rice. It has a gentle sweetness and volume. Tonight, a little early in the evening & first in the series, a Fukunoka Yamahai Jungin Nakakkumi Unfiltered Nama from Kunigon ✨. The aroma is mild cucumber, melon 🍈 The taste has just the right amount of rice and honey-like sweetness, followed by a layer of acidity and spiciness that makes it very easy to drink and I love it 😋😋😋😋.

I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake?　I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

A "sacred" store found near Nishiki Market in Kyoto. Great cold drink when you are finally able to sit down after a long day of walking 😀. This sake was given to us by a visitor to Kobayashi Sake Brewery in Niigata, which is famous for its signature Akita dog. It is slightly sweet and has a subtle rice flavor, and although it was made in December 2010, it does not have an aged feel and is refreshing and easy to drink. It has a slight peach and lactic acid flavor. I think it is one of the most delicious alcoholic sake.
