Go-around Rokkomichi 1/5
It was my first time to participate in a go-around!
I was excited and thrilled from the morning. I couldn't work today... lol.
It was like a field trip for adults.
I visited 5 stores in the Rokko-michi area in Kobe!
First of all, here is the shaken sake.
As I stood nervously at the counter, my neighbor spoke to me.
He said, "How many restaurants have you been to?"
I said, "This is the first one.
It's kind of nice, isn't it?
This is my first time drinking Miyakotsuru.
It is very dry. It is light.
I asked for breast meat with kombu-jime egg yolk and chicken skin with wasabi and soy sauce. I thought it was a little strong. But it goes well with sake!
This time, the theme for me was "matching the dish".
I'm on the train now on my way home. Because I have to work NOW tomorrow....
I'll be posting more soon.......!
Good morning, Pekka Ru😃!
Adult excursion go-around🎶No limit of 500 yen for otsumami or anything like that😄It's a great plan to enjoy the interaction with people! Nice reservation for the next year 👍that's how much fun you had ‼️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby! We followed the "it's an excursion until you get home" rule very closely too.
It was the first time for us to go to many restaurants. It was a lot of fun!
It has a pleasant sweet bread fragrance. The taste is sweet but not over powering. It almost had a doughnut like quality to its taste. I’ve never had one like this but I enjoyed it.

The taste is mild and reserved, but the aftertaste is sharp and bittersweet, which is good, good, good.
Opened a bottle of sake purchased at Kyoto station.
The mouthfeel is mildly delicious with a hint of sweetness. It is fruity, but a fullness spreads in the mouth, followed by a slightly spicy aftertaste.
Made with "Shuku," a locally grown rice suitable for sake brewing in Kyoto.

😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀
A local limited edition souvenir (a gift).
The aroma was fruit-like, but..,
but when I drank it, I found it to be a very gutsy Japanese sake (classic type).
So called "drunken"....
