I ordered this because they said the money for this will be donated to the Noto earthquake. It will be hot 🍶. Oh no, there was only one left when I thought this was the Mexicali Tempura. It doesn't feel special, but it's a nice sake that goes perfectly with a meal. It wasn't stingy at all. I can't read the label. It's black, which is what a beginner in calligraphy did.

When I went to Takimoto, I suddenly felt like drinking a small bottle of nigori. It was the first time I bought Tsukitsukatsura since they changed the label to a fashionable one. Strong taste. Shuwa shuwa. I almost gushed out. The alcohol content is high, so the strong alcohol taste comes with a bang. The delicious taste of rice surges in. The sweetness is only slightly perceptible in the latter half of the bottle. Personally, I don't think it goes well with Tsuki no Katsura...

Today is my day off, so I took a walk around Sunpu Castle, Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine, and Nihon Taira! I've always wanted to visit Kunouzan and Nihondaira, but the view of the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Fuji from Nihondaira is fantastic👍. On the way home, I took a sip. When I opened the bottle, it had a melon-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the melon-like sweet and astringent taste comes through in a jiffy, giving it a gorgeous flavor. However, the assertion itself gradually settles down and changes to a spiciness, so it is not too heavy for a nama-zake and is easy to drink! Tomorrow is the second half of Shizuoka life. Daruma-san is always available at my favorite izakaya that serves kusetsu-tsuyo sake 🪆. I bought it with the hope that 3 years of aging would make it a versatile player...? I bought it with high hopes 🍶. As it turns out, it's not so much a versatile sake as it is the best sake when heated lukewarm: ♨️ It has an aroma like caramelized nuts and a rich sweetness that spreads 🥜. It was perfect with gratin or anything warm and creamy in winter 🐄. I think even those who have no experience with aged sake can drink this without any resistance. I think this is a bottle that even those who have never experienced aged sake will be able to enjoy it without hesitation 🍶. After a first visit to a liquor store or a first visit to a department store to buy sake, we went to Ikoma. A customer gave him a bottle of sake😁. It's so golden in color after 3 years 😹. It seems to be aged at room temperature 😅. It's like the Notoji I drank the other day, but I think this one is more beautiful 🤔. Hakone Drink Comparison Set (3) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. Is Hakone Ginjo the name of the brand? However, I am not sure because the name does not come up at all when I looked it up on Google... I haven't had a fire-brewed ginjo-shu in a long time. The ginjo aroma is pleasant. It has an elegant aroma and sharpness, and is the smoothest dry sake of them all. It is very good as a food sake for Japanese food, and goes well with white fish and vegetables. It is also good with sashimi!
