A brewery that specializes in aged sake serves sake made for aged sake as undiluted sake. It's been about two years since it was made, so maybe it's been sleeping in the shop? It doesn't have a nigori feeling at all. It has a certain aged feeling, but it's clearly different from the old one. It's not fruity, but it's sweet. It is not fruity but sweet. The sourness is strong and it is like a thick honey. It is sweet, but some people may feel the alcohol in the latter half is pungent.

I bought it because I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time! This is the third time I've had it, so I'll spare you my impressions. Today is my day off, so I took a walk around Sunpu Castle, Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine, and Nihon Taira! I've always wanted to visit Kunouzan and Nihondaira, but the view of the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Fuji from Nihondaira is fantastic👍. On the way home, I took a sip. When I opened the bottle, it had a melon-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the melon-like sweet and astringent taste comes through in a jiffy, giving it a gorgeous flavor. However, the assertion itself gradually settles down and changes to a spiciness, so it is not too heavy for a nama-zake and is easy to drink! Tomorrow is the second half of Shizuoka life.
