Today is my day off, so I took a walk around Sunpu Castle, Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine, and Nihon Taira! I've always wanted to visit Kunouzan and Nihondaira, but the view of the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Fuji from Nihondaira is fantastic👍. On the way home, I took a sip. When I opened the bottle, it had a melon-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but the melon-like sweet and astringent taste comes through in a jiffy, giving it a gorgeous flavor. However, the assertion itself gradually settles down and changes to a spiciness, so it is not too heavy for a nama-zake and is easy to drink! Tomorrow is the second half of Shizuoka life. I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery.
