Shizuoka Business Trip #1!
I bought some Suruga Drunkenness at Nagashima-san in Numazu!
The aroma is subdued and sweet 😊The flavor is very robust on the palate 😚 The second half of the bottle is balanced with a firm, thick sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and astringency 🤔This is another delicious sake with a delicious umami taste 😘.
The fourth one, I had my first Kairikiya 🥰, a delicious ramen that you can tell is a Kyoto ramen🍜🤩 By the way, Yamaoka-ya in Fuji City is always full and packed 😵💫
Good evening, Maecin-san.
Hagi-Nishiki?
I have never tasted this brewery even though I live in the prefecture 😌 and I had no idea about Suruga-drunk!
My recommendation for local ramen is Shofuku. My recommendation for local ramen is Shofuku. It's very rich, but definitely worth it.
Good morning, Maecin-san!
I'm going to have it with Shizuoka's snacks! Sounds delicious!
Nagashima-san, do you still have a lot of sakes from Shizuoka?
Good morning, Maechen. 😊
I have no experience with Kairikiya yet, but it looks very
I have no experience with Kairikiya yet, but it looks very nice. 😍
I would love to go there as it's within driving distance.
I would love to go there. I'd love to go 🚘💨
Hi ellie, good evening 🌃
I didn't know what I was getting because I chose to buy a brand that I hadn't seen at the liquor store before 🤣🍜 I'll check out the store next time I'm there 🫡.
Good evening, @Mizuhashi 🌃😀
Nagashima-san had a lot of sake from Shizuoka Prefecture 🙆🏻♀️ I thought there was not much when I saw the fridge for the first time, but it was on the shelf 😊There was also a counter like a corner shop 🥳.
Hi Hanapin-san, good evening 🌃😀😀
My first Kairikiya was a delicious ramen 🍜😊I don't have one in Ishikawa 😭There are a few near Fuji City 🤔There are also many famous chain restaurants so I will visit them 🥰✨.
Haginishiki Honorifuji
This is a sake rice from Shizuoka Prefecture named 2021 Honorifuji!
Miyamanishiki is a bit darker
Eiwa Eiwa Fuji is a bit lighter 👀
I'm not very good at describing details!

Two retro labels of Haginishiki were found 💡.
Miyamanishiki and Honorifuji.
Miyamanishiki is a little darker.
I'm not good at fine expressions.
I've often seen this label at No.1, but I've been a little hesitant to try it, but I guess I need to challenge myself!

This is the second sake purchased from a brewery in Shizuoka City! Following the rough running opened last week, this time the same sake was filtered.
As expected 👍more fresh. More fruity. This is good. I'll drink it.
I was finally able to return from my lapsed first Corona.
When I first opened it, I could detect a slight sourness, but the next day the sourness was reduced and it was easier to drink.
It has a slightly fruity taste, a moderate sweetness, and a full-bodied flavor.
It has no aftertaste and is very tasty.
During a trip to Shizuoka City, I had a little time to visit a sake brewery. I was given a very detailed explanation and tasting. Yum! I bought two bottles of raw sake, one rough and one filtered 😊 I also got a bottle of the brewing water, which was very soft! It was a nice brewery.
Taste. Very tasty. Fruity. Melon. Slightly tangy. It's the best.
