After work.
This is the second time I've had Hagi-Nishiki, and it was perfect for a mealtime sake with its stable flavor. 🙆♂️
Haginishiki is named after the Toro ruins, which are located not far from the brewery.
Modern and stylish label
Discreet aroma reminiscent of fresh fruit
Almost no sweetness.
Gentle acidity and full-bodied flavor.
Empty in no time.
with dried Mexicali at the camp
I bought it at a brewery when I was in Shizuoka. It is a sake that has passed the summer. The aroma still has a modern nose. The color was a little richer and it had a matured taste. I wondered what it would be like if a modern sake were aged and shipped in the fall. It is said that heating sake is recommended, but I preferred it cold (at room temperature) because the aroma is lost. The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees, but it is easy to drink and reasonably priced.
