Hakone Drink Comparison Set (3)
On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki.
Is Hakone Ginjo the name of the brand? However, I am not sure because the name does not come up at all when I looked it up on Google...
I haven't had a fire-brewed ginjo-shu in a long time. The ginjo aroma is pleasant.
It has an elegant aroma and sharpness, and is the smoothest dry sake of them all.
It is very good as a food sake for Japanese food, and goes well with white fish and vegetables. It is also good with sashimi!
