8 points (wife: 7 points) Alcohol content: 14 degrees Celsius Sake meter: +2 Acidity: 1.2 Sake rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio : 60 Yeast : Nadeshiko flower yeast Where to buy : Japanese Restaurant Kusabanaraku (Nagasaki City) Slightly floral melon-like top The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a moderate sweetness, and the umami of rice spread with a soft acidity and are quickly quenched by a slight bitterness and the dryness of the alcohol. The dryness of the alcohol gives this sake a good sharpness in spite of its aroma, giving it a classical impression in the latter half of the bottle. It is more suitable as a mid-meal drink than as a stand-alone sake. It went well with grilled sea bream, various sashimi, simmered pork, simmered sea bream, fried fish, and other dishes made by my wife's brother.

This is the first time I drink this brand. It's clean with little miscellaneous flavors, and there's something about it that makes me want to try other kinds.

Muscat-like aroma. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, and while I thought it would be modern, it gradually takes on a classic flavor. The aftertaste is sharp. It is neither modern nor classic, which is also good.

Your first brand ✨ A gift from MAJ! Thanks. It has a pretty yellowish color. I wonder what about other standard sake or something 🤔. The aroma is sour and the taste is also sour. You can feel the greeful feeling, Perfect for the hot summer months✨. I'm sure this will be very popular if they expand their distributorships 😋.

This Sake is bright and slightly tart. There are flavors of apple and a hint of pear. A medium mouth feel with acidity to clean your pallet. Nicely refreshing.
Although the label is damaged, the Sake is a beautiful melon flavor with a hint of banana. There is also some acidity to give it some dryness at the finish. Good balance between sweet and dry with a medium mouth feel. Excellent!

I bought it after tasting it at Hankyu Department Store. I've said it many times, but it's called "Takarayama" 😅. I'll say it again and again😅. It has a heavy mouthfeel for a fire-brewed sake, but I wonder if it's a raw sake? I got the impression that it was wrapped in a gentle sweetness from start to finish. It also has a lot of acidity. It tastes better than when I tasted it.

It has a clear, refreshing taste with a good sweetness. It does not have a strong impact, but it can be drunk calmly. It is a good food sake. There are several varieties of this "rice bag series" with different rice, so it would be fun to compare them. I like "Hozan". ❣️

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ㊗️ Sake-no-jin, 30 Niigata sake cups 🎉 Part 2 First, cold sake. A little bit matured. But it also has a softness. Surprisingly refreshing. No gusto. Spicy. 45 degrees. Spicy. 45 degrees. When raised to 60 degrees, it loses a little of its flavor and becomes a warm sugar water. With yellowtail teriyaki and 😋. The freshly squeezed aroma... The sourness is strong on the palate, and there is a bitter aftertaste... Is it because it is freshly squeezed? It's a little rough. It's a good choice to drink with tuna and squid sashimi.

The first Kinokuniya Bunzaemon! It has the fresh aroma of unpasteurized sake and a smooth, non-viscous mouthfeel. When you drink it, the spiciness comes quickly, but in the end, it disappears, leaving the flavor of rice and a lingering aftertaste. It has a high alcohol content of 18 degrees, which makes it very drinkable, but it is also very refreshing and tasty.

Here's another one that was given to me. The aroma of the sake is very alcoholic. The taste is sweet and delicious. The aroma is the sake! You can feel a little acidity and bitterness in the finish. I think it is a bottle with a moderate heaviness in total. The taste is similar to that of Kadoden from among the already-checked-in products. The efficacy report says it is good at room temperature to warmed sake. It's a solid sake, so it's best not to chill it too much. It's good for summer! It was not a good one! Thank you for the food!

( *´*)🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today I got my first benten which I bought in Yamagata prefecture in GW 😀. I had to buy it because it was a limited edition 🤔. After opening the bottle, it has a mild ginjo aroma 😚 Great expectations 😚 Refreshingly tasty and sweet in the mouth😊 with a clean fresh aftertaste 😍😍😍😍.

This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. The official site has disappeared, and it looks like the company has been sold. It would be nice if the company that bought it would let it reopen... It's a rich, umami type that's different from the general image of Niigata's sake. It has a sweetness from the rice. As it has won a gold medal, I'm sure this sake would be delicious warmed. It also has a creamy sweetness.

Next, Yokobue. This one is also described as dry, but compared to the first glass of Reito, it was fruity and less spicy! It was easy to drink and I downed a whole bottle in no time!

YOKOBUE - Junmai-brewed Ume-shu (plum wine) 720ml Ingredients: Sake, plums, glacial sugar Alcohol content 11%. This was purchased at the brewery's store in November. This plum wine was the best among all the ones we tasted 😀. After the 3rd day of Honkin, I drank straight Umeshu (plum wine). 11 degrees, but I got drunk very fast. Sometimes plum wine is good... â

(˶ᐢ˶˶ᐢ˶)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano business trip No.7 I bought a bottle of Yokobue at a local supermarket 😀. I don't think I can detect much aroma 🤔It is a dry Junmai sake with a good balance of rice flavor and acidity 😚👍. After drinking it as a reward for the weekend, I had a local ramen, Harbin Ramen 🍜🥰.

The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

Drinking with my wife on our wedding anniversary last week, when we visited Tsushima Tsuru at the Metropolitan Morioka New Wing (laughs). Next up was a Hiyoroshi (Hiyori) Junmai Harazake by Drunken Sen. It's a refreshingly dry sake. The description says to enjoy the mellow flavor, but that's just my personal opinion... (^_^;) Good with sashimi! It was delicious! (^○^)

I tried three types of draft sake at a tasting and sale of Drunken Sen in Hankyu. I couldn't find a picture of the first one I drank, the Honjozo Nama, even though I searched for it. I couldn't find a picture of the first one I drank, but I guess it was because it wasn't winter time and there was no snow. I was told that this was a matured nama sake. It was delicious, with a beautiful, round taste. I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but the last one I tasted was a fruity special junmai, so I went for that one.

Tasted and purchased at Umeda Hankyu. Sake from the Drunken Sake Brewery. It seems to be a terroir-like sake. It is delicious with a little bit of gasiness and both fruity and rice flavor. Once the gas disappears, the fruity taste disappears and the umami flavor takes center stage. I don't feel much spiciness. I wasn't sure whether to register it as Tagata, but the cap was Drunken Sen, so I registered it as Drunken Sen.
