4.6/5.0 This time Tatenogawa Shuzo. Opened today, mellow and sweet with a natural and refreshing sweetness that goes well with light tsumami. Today we had salmon sashimi, shime saba (mackerel), and 🐷 grilled meat. 720ml would be empty. It's hard work!

4.4/5.0 Recommended in March by "Gutto Yamagata", a souvenir shop in Yamagata. They said it can be served cold or warmed! I'll have to try it again 🍶.  I bought it and drank it as recommended. I bought it and drank it as recommended! I would not go as far as to say that it is good for everyday drinking, but it is totally usable! It's also delicious even when served with alcohol! Basically, it is good for drinking at home. The first time the company was founded, it was in the process of being reorganized into a new company.

4.5/5.0 The sweetness, cleanness and hardness characteristic of Kuroryu is as good as ever. It would be better if the hardness were mellowed, but I think this is the character of Kuroryu. Today, I am having it with Yamagata konnyaku and nutty.

4.4/5.0 I received this from a friend in Fukui. Tsuneyama It's a good sake - it goes in clear. Good flavor stands out 😀. Rich flavor that is not overpowered by barbecued meat. Really good sake.

One week after the first day of spring. Calm at opening. 4.5/5.0 Young and refreshing! As always, the balance of slight acidity, good sweetness and fullness is great. I enjoy it freshly pressed every year. I recommend the first pressing in Risshun.

4.0/5.0 Taste and flavor are hard when cold. It should be warmed up! So I heated it up and it tasted better. Today is Setsubun, and we had ehomaki! The sashimi was delicious.
