4.0/5.0 Kikuyu, sorry to hear about your bankruptcy 😢😥😥. I have been a customer of 36 people, Jun Dai, since I knew it 5 years ago 😋😋. At the beginning it was a sweeter Houjun, but it seems to have changed to a slightly spicier though Houjun. I think Junmai is the same. It was a great match with the omizuke and we gobbled it up. 　I hope drinking sake and eating local food will help promote the local community. Sorry for being so gloomy.

4.8/5.0 Simply delicious. Perfect balance of acidity, umami and sweetness. Good thickening too. I went with a motsu nabe tsukiyaki today and it was outstanding. It has been a long time since I had a good sake. It is close to the first time I drank Jyushiyo. Good. 😃🍶😉
