4.5/5.0 I bought this second bottle in the new year at a standing bar + liquor store at Nagano station. It is different from the sake I have tasted so far from Shinshu Nagano, with a rich taste, a slight oaky aroma and sweetness, which is not easy to find! It was a good sake. I would like to have it as an everyday drink 😃.

4.4/5.0 Happy New Year 🎉 We received "Kaygetsu" from Kochi. Almost perfect score. It has a great balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity. It has a strong sweetness, but it goes down your throat cleanly. We had it with sukiyaki today. How about you?

4.5/5.0 I opened this for Christmas 🎄. It has a mild taste, light sweetness, and a smooth throat. It has a hardness somewhere, but this is the ideal form. Delicious as always. I had it with chicken 🍗, stew and salad 🥗.

4.4/5.0 It's been a long time since I've seen it, and it's still as rich in flavor and sweetness as ever 😋. In my sense, the richness level is too high and points down, but the overall flavor balance is still good. I think it is the most star 🌟 of Tochigi. I had it in a hot pot today.
