Superbly made!
No outliers! The sweetness is well controlled
It is ideal. Today it went well with sashimi, yakitori, goya tempura, fried shishito peppers with salt, and tempura salt. Thanks to my wife for preparing it 🥰.

Sweet aroma, sweet taste. It is best to drink it cold.
I had it with fried chicken and simmered eggplant, and the second glass I had it on the rocks. It is also refreshing on the rocks.
It is a little sweet for my taste.

Good balance of sweetness, depth and acidity when opened. Today, it is grilled sardine hanpen, simmered thick fried bean curd, and natto salad. The score is low because it is spicy, but it is very stable.

This is the highest rating I've had in a long time!
Great sweetness, great depth of flavor.
Gorgeous flavor, yet not sticky. Quintessential. Yamagata Omizuke
I had it at I really recommend it.

This time Tatenogawa Shuzo.
Opened today, mellow and sweet with a natural and refreshing sweetness that goes well with light tsumami. Today we had salmon sashimi, shime saba (mackerel), and 🐷 grilled meat.
720ml would be empty. It's hard work!

The sweetness, flavor, and depth all make it a very good sake in my opinion. The strong koji aroma limits the food, but it goes well with dark sashimi, tuna, bonito, and 🍒.

It feels clean when you open the bottle and it disappears sweet and clear.
It is easy to drink, though the score is low because it is not my favorite.
Today it was local sashimi, horse mackerel, sago fish, sea bream, and 🦑.

Recommended in March by "Gutto Yamagata", a souvenir shop in Yamagata.
They said it can be served cold or warmed! I'll have to try it again 🍶.
I bought it and drank it as recommended. I bought it and drank it as recommended! I would not go as far as to say that it is good for everyday drinking, but it is totally usable! It's also delicious even when served with alcohol!
Basically, it is good for drinking at home.
The first time the company was founded, it was in the process of being reorganized into a new company.

The sweetness, cleanness and hardness characteristic of Kuroryu is as good as ever. It would be better if the hardness were mellowed, but I think this is the character of Kuroryu.
Today, I am having it with Yamagata konnyaku and nutty.

Junmai Daiginjo is still as tasty as ever, with a good balance of oaky aroma and a refreshing taste.
I wonder if it has changed from the image it had 3 years ago.
Delicious, but my tastes may have changed.

As always, a delicious sake.
The sweet aroma cloaks the mouth and disappears naturally. In my opinion, it is in the class of Jyushiyo! It is a good sake.
It is a good sake.
Good evening, Shige-san!
It's a well-balanced and delicious sake, just as it's named "Bishu Design" 😋.
I remember feeling deeply that it is a delicious sake long time ago 😊.
ma-ki-.
Thank you for your comment.
It is a rare sake, but Kigawaya in Sakata, Yamagata, is a distributor and occasionally has shipping information (✌️).

When opened, it has a rich aroma and a light, refreshingly dry mouthfeel. It is not too spicy, but has a deep and delicious flavor.
Today we had it with yakitori and sashimi.
Thank you everyone for a delicious time.

Thank you Kigawaya for always producing delicious sake. Opened today, this is a good sake, smooth from the moment it enters the mouth to the moment it goes down the throat, Smooth‼️
I had it with fried tofu. Very tasty 🍶✌️

I received this from a friend in Fukui.
Tsuneyama
It's a good sake - it goes in clear.
Good flavor stands out 😀.
Rich flavor that is not overpowered by barbecued meat.
Really good sake.

A memorable drink that I couldn't finish at a pub in Kyoto 🍶.
The second bottle today, I really feel the roughness.
I think it is suitable for hot sake.

Sweet and rich when opened. Drink it cold.
It was sweet on the palate, but when opened, it felt rough on the throat, so it may be different for different tastes. I will drink it with yakitori today.
One week after the first day of spring.
Calm at opening.
4.5/5.0 Young and refreshing!
As always, the balance of slight acidity, good sweetness and fullness is great.
I enjoy it freshly pressed every year.
I recommend the first pressing in Risshun.

Taste and flavor are hard when cold.
It should be warmed up! So I heated it up and it tasted better.
Today is Setsubun, and we had ehomaki! The sashimi was delicious.
