I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year.
The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔.
Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice.
I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.
