I wanted to drink a dry one, and the store owner recommended one to me. What? How do you read "yuyo"? Hmm? There is no such kanji? I heard it is read as "yoemon" 😊. It's been a while since I've had a dry one, and it's dry and sharp. Slightly acidic? I enjoyed it with mapo tofu 😆. Dry is also good 🍶.

I had it before and liked it so much I got it again 😆. BBQ, corn, edamame, cucumbers... perfect for summer 😁. I like to drink it with soda since it is 20 degrees. And if you mix it with Wilson lemon, it becomes refreshing and easy to drink ✨. It came in handy in the summer when I wanted to drink very much ☺️

Purchased because of the 60% milled rice ratio and 20 alcohol by volume. I wanted to drink it on the rocks on the day the rainy season ended, so I opened the bottle. ☀️ I paired it with frozen Genghis Khan that I brought back from Tono. It's well separated, so I shook it lightly before putting it in ice 🧊. It's less lactic than I thought it would be, and it's very spicy and thick, but it's cold and refreshing and delicious 🤤. I like this kind of sketchy in a good way. My brain feels good🤩. Definitely this for Genghis Khan 😭

drinking at home (as opposed to going out) I was looking for it in the liquor store section out front on my way home from my regular store and the proprietress introduced it to me and I took it home 😃. It was a summer sake as there is a picture of a tent ⛺️ on the side of the label. It was a little dry and refreshing, and I paired it with homemade horse yukke (eggs are Houou Tamago Yamabuki from Ogawa Phoenix) 😆.

The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle. It erupted at the same time as the bottle was opened. A sparkling toast? It is good on its own. The dryness of the sake's 15% sake level comes out in the latter half of the bottle. It is the type that disappears in a blink of an eye. I can't remember the last time I tasted it.
